Action Dan, to answer your question, I look to see who was voting conftown. I don't try to fill in the answers based on popular opinion. I use the following premises.

1) If someone is voting conftown when there is a viable scum wagon, that makes them scummy.
2) Scum rarely are early bussers but occasionally can be.
3) If bussing a buddy, scum don't jump to bus a buddy with a weaker wagon.
4) Look at voteparked votes on town. Was this a passionate mistake or apathy? Scum are less likely to argue for a mislynch.
5) Scum do not use their votes to undermind buddies.
6) Scum will likely bus a guilty claim as fast as possible to look town.
7) Early votes on scum are more likely to come from town.

Look at the wagons using that standard. Start with scum votes first to clear people.

Well if your case is his voting record, I must be scum too because our votes are near identical, at least on Day 1. The no lynch thing was explained. He was frustrated because we weren't getting a lynch through.

I haven't seen a single good point made against him and people have tried. And his reaction to xofelf's claim was definitely "oh shit, someone claimed my role". Like I don't see scum having that reaction. Even if he was scum JOAT, it would make him nervous about claiming it I'd think. You don't want to throw out "one of me/X is scum" if you are scum and that's exactly what he did. I just can't see it. He's obvtown in my eyes which makes Y+B obvtown as well.
