Good Game! I enjoyed the discussion D1 and all in all the game was more thoughtful than those I experienced until now.
While I don't agree with Xanny's scum claim, I can see it as a valid yet strange tactic.

Something about Arthur Dent and especially Big Sleep seemed off, but there wasn't enough to make a solid case on D1 with Deadline drawing near.

Only one question @ scum - why did you kill me N1 when me predecessor practically claimed VT in a newbie-credible way?

Saying "X is clearly town, stop voting for x" wasnt very helpful, because of course, we couldnt be sure you werent scum. I dont mean you were a scum read of mine -you didn't seem scummy -I just mean dont forget that people wont just follow your thought processes without explanations.

I agree with this.
I'm also impressed by Muffin's reads, getting only homeless wrong.

I really had a difficult time figuring out how to play as a scum IC. I am generally known as a good scum player, but I had never ICed before and I had geared myself up to play a certain way an d the scum pm really messed that up. I felt too rotten tricking newbies to play properly and that's my own problem.

I can only assume how hard it must be to be a scum IC, but I think you managed that quite well.

Heck yeah. I was so afraid that the game had been thrown. I liked every player. This is my second favorite game so far. Plus I learned something with Dent, if something seems off, listen to your gut, don't try to justify it with "details".

Oh yeah, Fun Fact: I targeted Scum both nights. I figured I'd probably die but knew Muffin wouldn't on N2 so I protected the other person in my personal cop equation. On N1 I protected Big Sleep because it seemed like most people figured he was town and I thought he might be killed.

I really need to work on my cop-finding skills.

Yes, but that is what I am still asking. I was always going to claim before the end of the day, unless it looked like we had a really good scum lynch. But do you think its better for the cop to calim straight away, or near the end of the day. I confess, I was quite enjoing watching your BS as well Amrun

Minor note.. only in Minis. I'm of the opinion that you should collect 3-4 results, both guilty and innocent, before claiming in a bigger game..

yes i was shitting myself when i saw we had alynch. I couldn't believe it! a couple of hours before nothing much was happening, then xanny dropped his bombshell and it was night!
I guess that shows probably best to claim early as you never know when a lynch might happen.

Also: must go with gut more - I really thought xanny was scummy as hell after his first few [osts. I did that as newb scum "Lets be really aggressive that looks town". But I overcomplicated things as usual, and amruns bussing was cool

<3 I'm not upset. I was just confused that I might have done something wrong without realizing it.

I did have a bit of Amrun suspicion the entire game, and my first IC was scum too so I thought maybe I was being paranoid. I definitely feel better about my play and my reads than my last game.

You had good reads, noraa, but perhaps you might consider not holding your vote so close to your chest. A townperson's most powerful tool is his/her vote.

I hope to play again with you all one day. You really were a good bunch, very transparent to read.

Don't give up your playstyle, but realize that it's hard to pressure anybody without a vote to back it up.

Yeah the problem is noraa, later in the game, people look at vote counts, and if you havent voted much or at all, it does look scummy.
