Mafia wins if they are 50% of the town. Jester doesn't win if his lynch results in a mafia win (only town win or deadlock).
How does that look?
As far as I can tell nobody except the mafia can win if there's a kill, and the town can't win if there isn't a kill. In particular if a mafia member is lynched day one then it's a draw since there's no way to get a consensus on the second day's lynch.
Yeah, I'll run whatever. Once I can run my own you know that this will be coming. If anybody else wants to try I think it would be interesting. Maybe call the Lyncher Suicide Assister to avoid confusion.
1: Terrorists. 8 players 2 scum where Town are the terrorists. Every Town member is a bomb until someone is Lynched. (Variant can be a 7 player Nightless.) The interesting part of this game is that Scum will not like to hammer. Town will hammer if they think that the player is scum. (Will it be too easy to detect scum?)
2: Unknown Ally. 12 player 3 scum, where mafia do not know who their ally is during Day 1. They are given the QT and the names of the allies on Night 1. Gives a slight different perspective to day 1.
I have a cool setup idea based on the fire & ice mafia that went on recently but it is not the same as the one in progress. Here is how it would go (14 players total).
2 Fire Mafia goons
----
2 Ice Mafia goons
----
1 Town Doctor
1 Macho town cop who gets guilties only on Fire mafia
1 Macho town cop who gets guilties only on Ice mafia
7 Vanilla Townies
Yeah, but there don't exist werewolves and mafia in the same game. One of the seer/cop is useless because only one faction exists. This is a combination of fire and ice and werewolves and mafia. It includes two separate factions and a cop for each faction.
Jungle Republic is similar, but there isn't a cop for the mafia and mafia don't have a night kill.
Holder of the Longest Continuous Weekly Mafiascum Post Record. 1 July 2012 - 16 Feb 2023
*It may be held by someone else if you discount the major downtime in 2012 and 2014, I'm not doing the research.
Maybe it's because it has no Mafia in it.
Anyways, Town wins if they lynch Lyncher, Lyncher wins if he lynches Town, Jester wins if he lynches himself.
No self-votes allowed and I think it will be playable?
It isn't. The Lyncher can't possibly vote for the Jester, because if he does the Jester will self-hammer and the Lyncher will lose. Thus, the Lyncher can only vote for the Townie. Knowing this, the Jester can't vote for anyone else; if he votes for the Townie, the Lyncher will hammer and the Jester will lose; if he votes for the Lyncher, the Townie will deduce that the Lyncher didn't make the vote, so learn the Jester's identity (and in general everyone will learn everyone else's identity), making it impossible for the Jester to win. Finally, the Townie cannot get the Lyncher lynched because the Jester won't hammer anyone other than himself, and the Jester won't vote first (we just established that), and as such the best the Townie can do is no-lynch. Conclusion: nobody can be lynched. Further conclusion: that game isn't going anywhere.

You missed the part where there are three VTs and no self-voting?
[EDIT]
And where the lyncher's goal is to lynch the jester, so of course the Lyncher
-If a VT is lyched, then during the night phase they select a player. If the mafia does not kill during the night, targetted player will die.
-During the night, the Traitor targets who they believe the Mafia is.
-During the night, the Mafia can either kill someone or target whoever they think their partner is.
-If the Mafia and the Traitor both target each other and they both survive the night, they win the game.
-If Mafia dies, the game continues but is nightless.

@thesupertriomusical on Instagram, come see it if you’re in LA area, I wrote it!
mafia A and town C lover pair
mafia B and town D lover pair
9 VT
Lovers don't get communication. The 4 lovers can win together, or as a single pair. I assume mafia would tell each other their lovers as there's no reason not to. I think it'd make for interesting association tells. D1&2 mislynch to put town at what's basically a 5:4 lylo. Lover lynch then takes it to 4:2 mylo. Lover lynch D1 moves to 8:2 D2. So anyway you slice it it's 3 strikes you're out for town and they have the option of no lynching at some point in the game. Maybe give one couple night talk if the other dies. Has this been done before?
