All action types that could be assigned to the Dream Kid(commute, misc) fall above Kill - and as no target exists by the time the kill is meant to resolve then PB should take priority.

If I am targeted by both the Janitor and the vigilante with my high quality ability still active, would my flip be janitored? (i.e.: which kill attempt is absorbed by the high quality ability?)

Thoughts? I am thinking Janitor is misc and resolves before both kills so the flip is Janitored
