Try and guess what my current thoughts are, and which posts have stood out to me as alignment-indicative? Are you worried that you're presently being scumread? Do you think that a nefarious mafioso could be the object of my affections? Which way do you think I'm leaning at the moment, and why?

- Personally I should be worried that you’re not townreading me because that means if you pick me as part of the mafia team then we won’t win and we have to go to this part II. I’m hoping that you’ll work with the other ICs. We have one IC that can confidently read me for the most part so I hope that you won’t make a decision in haste and look for advice of other confirmed town.

- I’m glad though personally you’re an IC because you have I already have done a 1v1 and you were p damn good there when you were scum. So I’m glad I don’t have to go head to head with you again.

- at this point you’re gonna pick who you think is who you think.

Hopefully post 37. I don’t need to go on and on about my alignment, I would much rather just make that self-evident.

I very much hope that isn’t the case.

I can’t read your mind but I’m just going to hope and pray you figure it out and not get pocketed. I would also advise all of the ICs to take into account the other two’s reads and that’s our best chance of getting it right in all three threads. The worst mistake would be to not pay attention to their reads. I also would trust my instincts.


So furtive, what are you thoughts on the other two threads? I can’t tell so far with Gamma’s thread. YH is doing the most solving but I need to hear more from Galron and NM.

Auro’s thread, I think I still like obscure the most so far. Yume is ?? Nutmeil seems to be overdoing it.

I think you are choosing between me and Nona and yeah, reasonable - I honestly thought we had an easy win here before they started posting.

I think my reaction test response was pretty telling but like....I don't wanna be a dancing monkey for two weeks..at some point you see going to have to make a decision:)

Why do you assume I'm not townreading you? Also, are you asking me to hand my decision over to Gamma Emerald?

I like Your Highness, whatever their alignment. They have quite a fun energy. In Auro's thread, I'd like to see what Yume says about the other threads.

When I asked if I should choose you right then and there in 12, you said maybe. That doesn't strike me as impatient. And secondly, I intend to use the whole 2 weeks. So you'll have to Dance Monkey, it helps me read Tones and I need that to make my decision.

Knowing as you do that Mala is mafia, why would they appeal to GE to read them? Surely if GE can read them, they'll get found out?

Everyone has to look towny though. Mala'd scum game is really lucky, but this game doesn't use normal scum skills, so I can see it'd be easy to do stuff outside of your scum range.

Ok, you defused my clumsy reaction test with grace and decorum. I don't think this will get boring and frustrating. Usually what happens with this kind of role in short form mafia (King in mafia.gg) is that the King will lord it over everyone and town and scum end up uniting to vote the King, despite it doing nothing.

Anyway: I have a question for everyone (which you do not have to answer): (I feel like if you don't answer it though, you're kind of answering it..)

If you had to choose IC, basic town or mafia, which would you want to be? (with reasons pls)

I like the one I got because I get to solve but without the pressure of having to decide. While I don’t envy you or any of the ICs, I think it’s a tough setup for scum to win. So my order of preference is basic town, IC and scum in that order. I just have to hope that you and the other ICs will get it right.

I imagine your solve for this thread was quite easy.

I obviously did reveal my alignment here but I understood the question to be which way you were leaning, so I interpreted this reaction that you were leaning that way.

Just looked at the other two threads. Not impressed with Galron at all in Gamma’s thread and Not Mafia hasn’t done anything yet.

So without all the participants, Your Highness currently looks the most town.

Still like obscure in Auro’s thread but Yume looks fine too.

So, Gamma and Auro, I currently wouldn’t vote for Galron or Nutmeil if I were you.

It’s really frustrating to me that the other ICs aren’t doinv more to solve the other threads they aren’t in. Auro hasn’t given any thoughts yet, has he?

Well, that’s what’s got me stumped. I do think Yume really believes this but I’m torn because obscure feels pretty damn genuine.

So still like them the best but less certain now. Still like nutmiel the least.
