Unlike most coniferous trees, Pine has found a way to produce delicious, fleshy fruit that give the consumer incredible power. Feel free to approach the Great Lord of the Forest for these powers, but be forewarned, Pine is tricky. I can't guarantee that these fruit are safe. The only thing I can say for sure is that Pine will not lie about what the fruit can do. He doesn't have to give them away when asked. Pine creates 2 of these fruit per day. Aristophanes is an old hand in the battling Pine business. He was a member of the band of fellows jointly assembled by Alisae and camn to fight the dreaded Pine, and fought valiantly. Sadly, none of his compatriots returned with him, but the tales he told of the bloody battles in which they fell have inspired many a bard to write songs of the great warriors we've lost. The Experiment

As noted in the sign-up thread; during the first Day Phase (and only the first) we will be running a posting experiment.

At the conclusion of the first Day Phase, players who have post counts that are significantly variable from the median post count will be punished by being given the Hated modifier for the following Day Phase. I will be using Median Absolute Deviation to calculate this.

It is possible that no player will have a significantly varied post count from the rest of the players.

This section of the rules will be coded with the strikethrough BBcode when it is no longer in effect.

This method doesn't punish high activity, only activity higher than normal. If you also want to implement it to punish lurkers that's your prerogative but I just wanted to throw this out here

Truth: I am allowed to stockpile, but barring a couple of fruit I don't really want you to have (there's an Informed mechanic in the list that will probably bite me a lot harder than I'd like), I see no reason to stockpile.

Truth: I am in fact allowed to distribute any unrequested fruit as I please at day end
