It's a mistake. I obviously meant to say BigAl. I still don't see how that's scummy... oh well.

I assumed I was pretty much an early-game semi-random vote.

not enough there to warrant a third vote

When I'm town I hardly ever mix up who I'm voting for. When I'm scum it happens a little more often. The excuses he gave sounded like, well, excuses. It's good enough for my day 1 vote at this point.

Sorry BigAl you didnt re quote yourself, you quoted what bertrand SAID about your post.. maybe not harping, but certainly emphasising (spelling?)

It's this the same reasoning?
Tired Stark brains rarely make sense to the outside world so I apologise for the confusion.

Is it to soon to be wondering where Creed has gotten to? With 2 days since his last post?

If I am quiet for a couple of days I apologise in advance, my sons have been unwell recently, they may well be off school till monday and it isn't easy to get time to go online when I have them both home full time. I may post, but it will be when I am grabbing a 5 minute ciggy and cup of tea break to try to re-gain a small amount of sanity.

Still lurking and listening, watching and trying to make sense of it all - though yesterday WAS a sick day with good reason...

Vote: bigAl
just because the avatar keeps staring at me.. making me feel very nervous... like I'm being watched... <shivers>

(and yes, that could be perceived as bandwagon-ing.. but considering its already been said that its a Mafia tactic, only a townie or a fool would do it, which means I'm one of the two, heh)

ok so from Creed we have

1) lurking (i think he was 4 days between posts, though I could have miscounted)

2) bandwagoning (a third vote on someone without a good reason)

and 3) a poor excuse for a vote on someone (scary avatars? would you retract the vote if the avatar changed??)

anyone else getting a bad vibe from Creed??

1 - Most of that was trying to see what more experienced players picked up on...

2 - I was pretty clear about the bandwagoning thing

3 - Pretty much every vote by everyone so far has been a poor excuse, really.. :)

CREED
(and yes, probably would retract the vote, heh)

What's that mean?

I was very tempted to put another vote on there but this
is
a newbie game. In my first game I made a third vote on someone when I was town (and regreted it later). Still I can only think that mafia would do such a thing on purpose. I'll wait for everyone to check in before I do any rash actions.

It's easy to say "This thing I'm doing is so obviously scummy that scum would never do it". It doesn't work; anyone could say that. If it really is something so scummy to do then should shouldn't of voted in the first place.

Voting for my avatar. I made that myself, and am quite proud of it :( :( big FOS: Creed.
