This has, well, to be frank, no merit.

I have contributed to the game, and sniping one post (yes, I know I have a couple of fluffy ones) does not show the standard for the game. When I see something that I feel is definitely worth commenting on, I will certainly point it out. However, at the time, I saw nothing new to comment on, and the game had been very slow.

It wasn't a bump, just a humorous "where'd everybody go?" post. Sure, the last post was 18 minutes ago, but we'd only had four posts in the 24 hour span between my Post 42 and my crickets.

The vote on me was after I had just recently gotten two votes on me, and seems like an opportunistic way to get some town cred through agreeing. You're not around for a bit, and then come back with a vote for cheese for making a fluff post, when he hasn't been the only person to post fluff I'm sure. And I didn't really find that post so bad. Why choose cheese over anyone else?

And Oman, a couple times you said you would explain your votes later... well, could you? I mean, I could guess why you're voting the way you are, but I'd like to hear your wording.

why not? his post contains quotes which give it substance in appearance, but he adds little to the content of the thread with his comments. then he tacks on an out of game birthday message. he is criticizing the thread for having little content. but he is generating no content. reads like fluff to me. hence the vote. is there someone else i should be voting? if so, who and why?

Feeling compelled to post without neccessarily having something important to say is experienced by both newer town and newer scum alike (I still experience it :/). Then again, if I go too long without posting, I hopelessly fall behind, so for me that might be a little different, but I still don't see Cheese's post as scummy for the above reason.

Tragedy makes the good question, the other one calling me out was too wishy-washy, and vague.

Anyway, he gets town-points because he makes the early comment, and puts a vote down. The post isn't trying to be or do anything, it just is. A very town post.
