FTR even if this game was single, blue scum wouldve won regardless because they had basically complete control over the town. So yeah

That was totally not a scum move, that is my coping mechanism for large games

C'mon man, don't take that away from me :(

I haven't read most of this game, but these are my general thoughts:

1) I don't think the blue team played perfectly. But I do think they played well enough to win and people need to stop getting on their case for outplaying 3 factions that couldn't/wouldn't lynch/shoot/kill them. However, I do think they caught some lucky breaks with the setup design and poor play by the PR's and other scum, and they should own up to this. With that said, congratulations to them on their victory.
2) This game was massively swingy. I agree town needed more compensation for the large number of NK's. Town was outnumbered 3 kills to 1 in the night phase, and this led to a huge decimation of town by Night 3. Literally, town lynched scum correctly on the first two days, and had already lost a third of their members by Day 3. I understand this was largely the effect of poor play by 3 separate factions, but that's just poor design. I believe some combination of more town protection, removal of 1+ NK's, or smaller scumteams to help town reduce the sheer number of scum firepower was needed. I understand Ika's point about the possibility of town winning by day 3, but the possibility of that happening is extremely low (and unlikely considering after the first night phase, competent scum would probably elect to go after town than to crosskill), and vig's can be pretty anti-town just on their own existence (you can't expect vig's to correctly find and kill scum, and they're just as likely to hit town).
3) I don't think Nobody Special's play was that bad. He shot two scum in five shots (beli and Nero). I do think he should have shot Hostile Intent at some point, though. Considering he had 9/27 chance of hitting scum, I think he did well in hitting that ratio.

I'm a little disappointed I didn't get to play this game. I did replace in, but there was no way I was going to be able to read however many pages I needed to read before the first deadline. Thanks for the game though. But I am a little disappointed that the two surviving members from Las Vegas didn't make an appearance.

I also don't see the allure in Mods wanting to run Multiball setups. Yeah, the extra factions bring in another element to the table. But for the most part, until one person from each faction flips, one faction can ride the wave of hunting out the first faction to appear town. I don't really find that fun or interesting.

By the way, I say again that I'm really sorry, BrainSkies!
I lost focus totally in that time because of IRL things. At that time (and on late-Day1 plus early-Day2) I wasn't thinking at all and you were the first idea came into my mind.

And then you could have like a special zombie team that started out with 1 zombie and then he could bite people at night and turn them into zombies.

But the new zombies wouldnt be able to bite people, just the original zombie.
As the last rays of sunlight fade, one killer chases another through the tangled madness of the city.
A flash of steel announces the presence of his quarry.
The stage is set.

I'm pretty sure you have to make it so that only the original zombie can bite people for balance reasons.

No they dont get a night kill.

They get to bite someone and turn them into a zombie. Its better than a night kill.

Who said anything about a cult?

Seriously though.

How badly do you regret inviting me to sign up for this game?

You were not the only one.

I think it's really a shame the people who normally shine really didn't get a chance to. Reading back through some of the days, this game was a complete clusterfuck. Absolutely no one, both town and scum, had a fucking clue. The fact of multiball messed with VCA and there was just no way to recover from the multiple town deaths.

Of everyone, Pine and Peacebringer did an amazing job. They were widely townread and totally controlled the flow of the game.

I just wish we'd had a smidgen of a chance.

Also I probably was annoyed with you but only because I felt like you weren't putting in the kind of effort you're capable of. I was more disappointed than annoyed, really, but still glad you played.

Thats because all my early non anen reads were town reads.

And then we lynched and vigged all my town reads.

By the time I got a bunch of solid scum reads, it was day 4 and town didnt have a chance anymore.
