reading the wreck and havoc that frat bros created for the scumteam had me laughing and brought a tear of joy to my eye

scum was wifoming themselves all over the place about them.

what I find really funny is how scum had fratbros, dgb and kuribo as possible traitors yet frat bros are being singled out for bad play. their reads were dead-on and I am just annoyed with myself that I got in a tizzy and suggested they be vigged.

Well, I expected DGB, and to a lesser extent kuribo, to be able to read me as scum. DGB in particular has read me correctly in all the scum games I have played with her, and her style of scumhunting happens to look for the type of tells that I drop as scum I think. This is the first time she's ever read me wrongly.

Those were more so early D1 reads (post 500). As TOWN though I would've had APBROS read as scum and been even more vocal for their lynch D1, and gladiator'ed them N1. It would've been even more ugly because it would have been full-out caps wars.

Mollie they're catching shit about their play because the two of them made hundreds of posts in the dead QT about how great they were and how DGB and I were both trash

They were arrogant, sore losers who couldn't accept that sometimes shit happens and having good reads is only half the town game

On the subject of "cliques", it reminds me of team mafia, where ythill made a MD thread accusing ninjas of out-of-game alliances. He was butthurt scum because town were able to clear over half the game in under a RL day haha

Same for me, and I'm even considering writing an MD article on it.

Ended up doing this, by the way.

It's just a rough first draft, so it's not refined. It's not perfect. I actually hate it; I was suffering from writer's block but knew this was basically the only time I'd get to write the first draft. But all the same, it got written; you can find it here.

Questions can go there, commentary on things missing from there can go there, and so on and so forth. Basically, it needs a lot of work, work which comments from people who use this and/or WANT to use it, and/or have seen it (such as in this game), helps accomplish. Wish I could give it better, but you'll have to live with it until I can edit it to be better. (Again, good comments can help MAKE it better; I've completely redone articles off of user feedback for the better.)

Yeah, this was my thinking. Endgaming is the short form of going through with night, letting scum kill and announcing the new day with zero town.

Ah well. I enjoyed the game either way, espcially since my role was a combo of skill, guesswork, and luck.

You win a glorious review (probably), fame (possibly), fortune (don’t make me laugh), and the game (definitely) when some number of the five of you are the last ones standing, or nothing can prevent the same.

to me, that wording means the game ends when scum has a majority (or a majority is inevitable). I wish I'd thought that particular eventuality through when we were writing PMs, because I would have written it in such a way to mean that you would win if you infected all of the alive scum if scum won. Alas. You can claim moral victory though.
