Okay, version 1 of the plan included wge in the town block and ooba outside. Version 2 swapped it, ooba as town and wge as scum possible.

I didn't like change but both versions had Sotty + Kagami as scum which ooba completely failed to give credit in his case

The order's different though.

If mollie's town, this would have ended at position two before Sotty.

Kagami --> EddieFenix --> Sotty --> Seraphim

Metal Sonic feels town to me by play but Sotty was rather ambivalent on his opinion about him and was in the wrong side of the tracks.
