Why? If someone I think is town is lynching someone I think is scum with me, it's okay if we disagree on reasons. The important part is getting scum lynched, so it's okay to leave people in their own delusions a while if it advances THE ULTIMATE GOAL.

 Yes, yes, the ultimate goal. But what if that person WEREN'T TOWN? The only way you could actually know who's town is if you're scum (derp). It's very anti-town to let someone you believe is using a faulty case push that case on someone else, however much you agree that someone else should be lynched.

Andy, mucho <3, but I don't think Gud's vote on Jack was uncalled for, do you?

How do you think I play town? Like crap? Cuz yeah, that's been my meta so far, lol. If that's you're way of saying I'm playing better then I'll take it as a compliment.

What made my answer so poor? You did say you'd tell me what you were looking for. Or did you forget?
(by the way, if I thought your question was invalid and responded with a counter-question to get more answers as opposed to seemingly incriminating myself blindly, that's not avoiding it...silly Empking...)

Yeah, pretty much.

It was incredibly uncomitted.

Your play in this game (I feel) is miles ahead of how I'm used to town Singer playing. Now I've you've improved in which case I'd expect you to be aware of such a massive jump
or
your scum play is different from your town play, a fact that you'd not have enough self-awareness to notice.

@Andrius: What scum fencesits on their read on a player declared town by everyone else? She wasn't trying to throw suspicion on you, or the fencesitting would look more like: "Don't you think that Andy could be scum who just wanted more mana? Probably not though."

 That's actually a really big compliment, I think. I was hoping I had gotten better, and I told Andrius I'd play this game to show him that I don't suck that much anymore. But I mean, who's gunna say "oh yeah, I'm loads better" just to have someone else say "nah you're crap"...hence the seemingly incriminating nature of the question.

Do you really think that people don't realize the difference between their scum play and town play? I can only see the difference between my crap play and my better play. And I've had games to prove each. ;)

The faith given to seraphs is great and all, but they won't be able to use their freaking powers if we lynch before they send in a PM, just like all the other players that aren't on during this that have powers. This isn't a good strategy since it's essentially random lynching and putting all the faith in the seraphs (hehehehe, puntastic).

I promote a less random, willy nilly approach. Like actually playing mafia. Who knows, it might be a good idea.

Seriously guys, the idea of quick lynching to hope for getting scum is stupid. I disapprove heavily. Saying "let's let the seraphs do all the work and not do anything but randomly lynch peoples and hope we get lucky" is the pinnacle of pro-scum play, in my opinion.

Regardless of the lack of PRs or such, continuing this path is beyond the edge of foolishness. I can (if stretching myself) understand D1, but the fact you are trying to extend this to D2 is bad (and you DO NOT KNOW if there are other PRs, IIRC - the mod hasn't confirmed either way).
To say that I've been pushing it continually (when I did so ONCE) is misrepresentation of the situation.
Third quote still applies. Two different posts in the same stream != pushing it multiple times. Kthxbai

Un-FoS: Singer

I do think that the parts that differ between a player's scum meta versus town meta is something unknown to that player (otherwise they'd change it, surely.)

Andy, can you back up:
I told Andrius I'd play this game to show him that I don't suck that much anymore.
Edit; RayFrost, how many "streams" have you posted in? When did that stream end?

Hint: if posts are within less than 10 minutes of each other, then you might possibly consider them being part of a stream of posts. Just a thought.

Hint #2: If I say "end of this stream / going to sleep / see yah for now" after posting a lot, there just might be a somewhat large chance of that being the end of a stream of posts

Just a thought.

I've already agreed with Andy that Guderian is scum. And it's far more efficent to ask my strongest townread to tell me why he thinks Guderian is scum then go through and counter everyone's cases on him.

Oh, must've missed that. I blame just waking up.

I'm going to assume from your vote on kitoari that you think he's scummier than gud. Do you feel that either of them going away from the thread is scummy? (I personally do not, but they have enough scummy behavior elsewhere for that to be moot, imo)

Silly mods with their hidden text. Looks like it tracks the number of days since the last post.

@Guderian:
Hallo. Would like to talk to you.

And although I was joking (mostly) when I said that Agar drew scum again in this game, I'm becoming more serious about that. He's active on site in other games, which means he's actively avoiding this one.

Unvote

VOTE: Agar
