6 town vs 1 scum. Scum can't intentionally no kill because that's suicide. Let's say they no killed last night. What's the end goal here?

We lynch Sheep today and if he flips town then it's 5 town vs 1 scum. Scum no kill again.

We lynch town again tomorrow it's 4 town vs 1 scum. Scum no kill again.

We lynch town again it's 3 town vs 1 scum. No matter what scum does at this point they lose. They no kill and we lynch again and then at night it's Jailkeeper, and Tracker against the last mafia. I jail him, and we lynch him tomorrow.

So there we established that scum can't no kill twice more because they lose, but can they no kill once more and still have a chance at winning? Let's see.

If I die I confirm the VT I jailed, and you either confirm the other VT or you tracked the scum. If you die I confirm the VT claim I jailed. So it would be 3 town vs 1 scum during day with 2 confirmed town, and 1 unconfirmed town, and 1 scum. We lynch in those 2, and if we lynch town again I jail the only unconfirmed person left (the scum), and then lynch him tomorrow in 2 v 1.

There we established that scum can't win if they no kill again once more. But could scum have no killed last night and still have a chance of winning? Let's see.

Last night it was 6 town vs 1 scum. They no kill last night to try and frame the person being jailed.

We lynch Sheep and if he flips town then it's 5 v 1. 2 confirmed PR, 3 unconfirmed VT, 1 scum. I jail one of the 4 VT claims, RC tracks 1 of the 4 VT claims. If I die, I confirm 1 unconfirmed VT, and RC confirms 1 unconfirmed VT. During day it's 4 v 1. 3 confirmed town 1 uncofirmed town 1 scum. Lynch one of the unconfirmed. If it's a mislynch then it's 2 v 1 the next day with 2 confirmed VT, and 1 scum.

If RC dies, I confirm 1 unconfirmed VT. During day it's 4 v 1. 2 confirmed town 2 unconfirmed town 1 scum. We lynch in unconfirmed. If it's a mislynch. Then next day it will be 2 confirmed VT vs 1 scum. (I jail one of the unconfirmed VT, and confirm them if I die)

There I established that if scum wanted to win then they could not no kill at any time. If they did no kill at any time they put themselves in auto-loss. And it doesn't really matter who we lynch because we won.

No.

It's possible scum no-killed because I planted it in their mind. If they did then sheep isn't confscum.

If we lynch outside of sheep, and you jail sheep again and we get yet another no-kill we can be 100% certain its sheep barring yet another no kill gambit. But you're right. At some point the no-kill gambits don't work. Doesn't mean they didn't try one. Either way, we win.
