Assume he can't kill if he does commute and then you get rid of the ninja part (this would be fairly easy for a mod to implement).

Nexus is fairly different to Commuting in the fact that, a Nexus still has the action work (which could quite easily be a negative utility) where as commuting just reflexively blocks the actions.

So i don't see why it's unlikely that they would have a commuter and a Nexus.

In fact i find it more unlikely for town to have a commuter.

Plus if you assume me scum, i am pretty sure Town no longer has a flavor cop on their side.

A scum commuter would ensure that Kise can't fakeclaim at any point which wouldn't be fair to him especially if he would be the last scum.

Just looking at Kise and OS ISOs from this past game day, Kise is making cases and OS is pretty much just defending. I don't see an argument about Kise being scum aside from saying Kise is wrong about OS being scum.

SCENE XII: The grand finale begins.

This was it. The final letter. The last stand for the town. A man seemingly as old as the sun walked out of his British flag-lambasted limousine and walked up to the front door of the much larger, much darker man's house. The rap music was almost deafening when the front door was opened. A man larger than both of them waited by the limo to make sure the writer he had protected for so many nights now would make it into this vehicle and walk away on this night. Then it happened.

BOOM!

It was a hit, but who was it made for? The car blew up as the letter exchanged hands. The taxi screeched in the middle of the road, the driver mortified by what he had just seen. The driver got out of his vehicle... this is it. The last stand. And then there will be two... or perhaps just one.
