Even the PoE benefit aside, there is much more opportunity for scum to fuck up with either claims or kills or whatever else tonight and tomorrow if we keep all PRs alive. That's more moving pieces and more things scum have to try and take into account and lie around.

the problem is here we have two situations that make sense

jailkeeper + BP on town to protect the cop, synergize with the cop (permanently invested), while not being follow the doc stupid.

BP + scum jailkeeper so that scum can fakeclaim a save but it gets cced by town and it's all a really interesting situation all around and scum gets a pr.
