I fear a cumulative effect As a townie I also have historically attracted a lot of attention Day 1 especially and am wondering if this was part of the reason why.

@RandomNurse Perhaps it wouldn’t apply to preconfirmation replacements but I would be shocked if PRs replaced out as much as Scum or Vanilla Townies.

Civil might be coming from an old school mentality when it comes to activity? I’m just judging based off post history here.

I certainly have not noticed any sort of correlation between day 1 activity and scum in my games so far.

I don't necessarily think you're wrong, I just want to actively avoid using replacements as a metric because it's not 'part of the game' to me. Also here's hoping we won't have any

Sounds logical. But it also reduces number of targets for scums. Honestly, it feels a bit like fishing to me.
