Yes but for example in a B setup, Scum would be more worried about a Tracker/Jailkeeper, because literally every setup contains that.

Whereas in A/C Scum would be less worried about it overall because it's only 1/3 of the possible setups.

Honestly i think the better sort of claim is actually to claim Jailkeeper, you getting the PR claimed is the main aim, as if we can get the PR claimed i am free to do my own shit (outside of JK jailkeeping exactly me).
