Based on what everyone's said, here's today's plan. When routing isn't specified, I'll come up with a blend of "prioritize tasks with consensus" and "do things in a logical order."

- A cave in the northern cliff. Nothing of note inside.
- A broken down building just west of the cave.
- A shrine in the northwest corner. Had a letter:

08:50 pm - 09:40 pm: attacked by a bat! Fought it off with the scythe. Hit once for 4 HP. (96/100 HP left) It dropped a Bat Wing.

We know that the road east of Cindersap Forest leads there, so on we go!

Pelican Town - Geography

The

river

you saw in Cindersap Forest flows through here. You follow it to the east and find a bridge crossing it leading

south

, to a

beach

.

The river forks a ways further down, splitting both north and east. A bridge at the fork allows you to continue on to the east, but fencing and hedges prevent you from going much farther.

Following the north fork, you find two more bridges allowing east-west crossing before you're forced to leave the river - cliffs to the east and north block further passage.

Heading back to the west, following the cliff's base, you find three paths where you can climb the cliff. The upper area has a passage to the

north

, which looks like it leads to the

Mountains

where you met Linus yesterday.

Finally, at the base of the cliff, a path leads

west

, heading back to the bus stop you arrived at yesterday - and Content Farm.

Most of the town is located in the lower elevation, west of the river, but there are a few buildings on the east side and one building on the cliffs.

Next up - points of interest.

Pelican Town - Points of Interest (Cliffs)

On the cliffs, there's a playground, a fountain and a few benches scattered throughout. There are a few

weeds

that could be cleared, and one fenced-off area that's overflowing with them. The area's blocked off by a boulder, but you figure you could crack it easily with a pickaxe. While it doesn't look like any trees here are suitable for chopping, there are signs of

forage

here.

The

building

is a large one - possibly the tallest one in the town. Planters sit under the windows; overgrown vines spill out. "Pelican Town" is emblazoned on the front. There's a clock just above the door - stopped. The door is locked.

Pelican Town - Points of Interest (West of the River)

This is the most populated area of the town, with multiple residences and businesses. Here's what there is:

• 1 Willow Lane
  - next to the river. Home of Jodi, Kent, Sam, and Vincent.

  - just down the street. Home of Emily and Haley.
  
• Mayor's Mano
  r - Lewis's home. Right by where the river forks.
  
• Graveyard
  - in between 2 Willow Lane and the Mayor's Manor.
  
• Sewer Grate
  - another entrance to the
  Sewers
  . It, too, is locked.
  
• Stardrop Saloon
  - the local tavern. Business hours are 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
  
• Trailer
  - a cheap house with a great view of the river, north of the Mayor's Manor.
  
• 1 River Road
  - a small house next to the trailer. Home of George, Evelyn, and Alex.
  
• Harvey's Clinic
  - the local doctor's office. Business hours are 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
  
• Pierre's General Store
  - the store that mailed you a flier. Business hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM;
  closed on Wednesdays
  . This is also the home of Pierre, Caroline, and Abigail.

Other than the trailer, the houses and the Saloon all have

There's less ground east of the river, but still a few points of interest.

• JojaMart
  - your former employer. This is one of their retail branches. Business hours are 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
