Um, no. That's not my primary reason for not wanting to lynch Peregrine. My reason is that when he actually does get active, it will be easy to tell whether he's town or scum. Lynching him before that happens is suboptimal. I've since become less and less confident that he will town it up but not to the extent that I'll push his lynch D1.
I know tso does shit as scum. I know tso does shit as town. I also know his activity is directly correlated to emotional investment and that can sometimes be harder to find as scum than town.

Generally, I read someone as somewhere on a sliding scale from confirmed scum to null to confirmed town. When someone is null at best, it means that treating them as 50% scum or 50% town is my most favorable interpretation of their posting.
I am not asserting anything about no case > bad case. I don't want to lynch Tiphaine because he is town. I don't particularly care about cases on him (unless they are good and change my mind) because I have a townread on him. I don't particularly care about finding a great case at this point in time: instead, I'm looking for a decent to good lynch.

Why wouldn't town-Nacho just let Ace get lynched? Is Ace SO much more town than PV? Do you think town will benefit from lynching a deadline lynch of your personal choice who is a null read as opposed to the one EVERYONE wants to lynch (Ace) who is also a null-read (apparently)? Because I haven't seen you say one single thing about why Ace is town.
