Where i play mafia, all actions like backup creation take place at night so even if i was a backup SK and didnt know i was, ive seen them keep town win condition until nightfall.

I am wary of sykedoc's claim. Reading Day1 i thought he was heavily claiming something highly disasterous for town if you reached L-2. I was thinking bomb far more than jailkeeper. But ill have to double check that.
