Good game, I learned a lot from this one - actually a lot more than I did from the newbie since this one had a lot of experienced players in it. I was kind of surprised I didn't get NK'd because I thought I was kind of too obvious with implying I was investigative last night. Truth be told I didn't know the doc couldn't protect himself - my strategy was initially just to investigate JJ, but after I breadcrumbed about being a cop, I decided a smarter play would be to doc myself and claim doctor day 2, hopefully preventing the NK altogether by drawing scum fire and protecting myself. Based on that I figured the scum wouldn't target me for a NK night 2 and I could freely use my investigative roles from there on out. But as TB informed me the doc can't protect themselves, so I went back to investigating JJ and it turned out for the best.

Yeah it would have applied better given how things played out, but I did think you were likely to be scum at that point. I like the strategy of playing scummy to avoid drawing NK - it seems risky, but you pulled it off.

I also really liked the fast pace of this game compared to the newbie game. It was overwhelming at first but things happened so much faster, and there were way fewer wallposts to wade through. Thanks for a good game and a learning experience.

It's not just the playing scummy bit though. Like, for me, there were a few players in this game who know enough of my meta to expect me to play aggressively and 1V1 people, and I felt like I could easily be the nightkill if I did that
