I checked your iso, but I didn't see any "three" that you meant. It seems I fail to comprehend something?

To an extent we are actually rewarded for not being that active as it makes it hard for the Killer to figure out what is going on.

No, that is the strategy. Sorry for not being more clear. The king whoever we choose should shortlist people. Choose three and then seek out opinions. This way we will have Information to go on and can determine if the king is the assassin base on opinions.

Ah! That sounds better and I actually agree with this.

Fine, I will slide back my vote to beeboy.

IMO there are really only two essentially pro-town strategies to take in this game:

1) Put as little as possible into the thread, so the killer learns nothing.

Here are the odds if the game state was town killing randomly, and then killer shooting randomly post lynch (if he's lynched)
Image
So basically random lynching with basically no discussion (IMO) gets a positive result for town.

Note: that's presuming the killer randomly shoots N1 and N2 (and presuming that at least one bodyguard guards the billionaire). If the killer randomly shoots N3 and N4, the town odds narrow to 55.5% and killer odds go up to 44.5%.

2) Aggressively spam the thread with endless BS, confuse the hell out of the killer, and hope that the killer says something in the process to out himself.

Currently we're collectively doing neither of these things. So let's just pick a "king" to pick two or three people, and just vote on someone that gets nominated by the king. I'll compromise on beeboy That's four nominating votes for BB, so someone hammer the nomination, and maybe we can move the game forward (or as I think it was Lowell who said at some point in a different game, "less yammering, more hammering").

Creature (2) - heuristically_alone,copper223
beeboy(4) - beeboy, Realeo, Creature, mhsmith0
Nobody (1)- vonflare
Not voting (1)- Radja

PS The killer HAS TO make a kill/no kill decision on N1. There's a risk-reward aspect to that decision that might be interesting to talk about (and who the kill / no kill might point to)... on day 2.

PPS Seriously, InfoSec. Either stop putting info into the thread, or be really aggressive about running counter-intelligence.

Am I the only guy in the room not to be bugged with the concept of InfoSec? It's just I don't believe serial killer will be able to be that genius to pull an astronomical deduction by we talking night kill strategy.

I believe that mhsmith0 is not Dexter in this game, for the time being.

An beeboy, the plurality has spoken.

Fine let's move this along then.
Beeboy, you have been chosen by the collective.

Please select three people to run a shortlist of those you would like lynched.

I think we worry a little too much. Where I am from games like this are quite common and the killer very gets pulls important kills early.

This is tricky, I am going to reread just to make sure I am making the correct decision.

Can I just pick one person to lynch instead of 3?

No the point is to choose three people to shortlist, this protects the town from having an assassin king. A short list allows townies to discuss from a limited position.

Copper, Suzune, mhsmith.

I honestly can't think of a 3rd person and mhsmith wouldn't vote me to be the king with a vote on him :/
But like whatever floats Radja's boat floats mine.
