MGIA wrote: Not so easy to find, was chaotic_diablo, as he was still in one piece. Well, sort of. You find him lying on the floor of his home, stabbed from every angle imaginable. The odd part of it, is that the cuts are so clean. Whatever blade did this is surely worth getting your hands on if you want to rid your land of the ones who did this. And after the amazement passes you finaly notice who it was you have lost. Caius Cosades, head of the Blades, was probably waiting for his informants when this deed was done.
Sure sounds like the Morag Tong to me...

My suspicions of you from day 1 were coincidental.

And no, if an information-sender knew you were scum, he wouldn't want to risk sending it to a fellow team-mate. Since it's pretty clear that we're not scum together, I would make a safe home for the information. Plus, it's not clear to me that the information-sender gets the information before I do.

I made no active choice to eavesdrop on you last night. As I have said over and over, MGIA just sent me a PM telling me this piece of information.

OK. That was what I was wanting to read, Cam.

However this is what I didn't:

I've read plenty of sacrifices. . .

It would be better for him to hit a mafia teammate of mine then to hit an innocent like you because if the mafia person doesn't come out with the information, he can come out and point out both the person he sent the info to and me as well.

inhim, that's fine. If you want to keep suspecting me after we lynch Pooky and he turns out to be scum, then you're more than welcome to. But in the meantime, there's absolutely no way he's not scum. Let's do this.

And, pooky, not if he doesn't know what the information is. If he doesn't know, then if you're a townie, he knows I'll keep it to myself and if you're scum, he knows I'll reveal it (again, under the assumption that we're not on the same team). Anyone else and he risks sending the info to a comafia, in which case he learns only that a) you're townie, or b) you're scum with that person. All in all, less information.

The deck is stacked pretty heavily against ya all....

Peace and love!

Though I do question the wisdom of going thru with the lynch b4 IS even shows up... Missing 1/7 of your town is a bad thing to me.

Vote Count:

4 - PookyTheMagicalBear (mathcam, Flying Dutchman, Fishbulb, silgado106)
1 - mathcam (PookyTheMagicalBear)

2 - Not voting (Internet Stranger, inHimshallibe)

The crowd's eyes this time settle upon PookyTheMagicalBear.
"String Him Up!", echoing yesterday's cries.
"From Where?"
"That tree."
"But pwnz is still hanging from it."
"OK, then hang him from the Silt Strider!"
Ah, but Pooky isn't going without a fight. As the crowd gathers around him he pulls out one of the most beautiful blades any of you have ever seen in your lives. Though there are more of you than he can deal with, so after an all to brief struggle you tie a rope around his neck and hang him from the Silt Strider at the edge of town. Afterwards you study the blade he possesed, and after a little research you determine that it can be none other than the legendary blade Keening. Which would mean that PookyTheMagicalBear was none other than
Dagoth Odros
.

Once again, morning comes along. It's time for the daily role-call. After a small number of "here"s it's evident that one voice is missing.

Internet Stranger
is found dead within the Mage's Guild in a familiar state, beaten to dead by a large blunt weapon. Surrounded by a number of broken potion bottles, the contents of which are mixing with the puddle of blood, you figure it has to be Sharn Gra-Muzgob, resident healer. Now you'll never know whether or not Sharn was a necromancer.

Dead:

Internet Stranger - Sharn Gra-Muzgob [Doctor]

It is now Day 3! With 5 alive, it's 3 to lynch!

Hm, so maybe two different killers left. A mafia of 2 and a serial killer, which is still essentially the same for the town. If we lynch wrong, we just lose two tonight instead of 1. Unless we want to hope that the mafia kill each other off.

I have no note.

No note either, but I have my role.

I roleblocked InHim, and bam, no second death.

I won't vote for him just in case since it's only three to lynch, but I will wait for his reply.

vote : silgado

He's scum that didn't kill last night, just so he could frame me today and come out scot-free for the rest of the game. I hope the rest of our town can see he's the one to be after.

Rereading inhim's posts, I got a definite vibe of not being in league with Pooky. Some very odd posts at odd times convinced me of this. At the same time, he also tried at several points to discredit my information, which makes me thinkg he
was
in league with Pooky. All this, and even if he's not scum with pooky, he could just be a serial killer.

Silgado said nothing scummy all of yesterday. This combined with the fact that this doesn't seem too likely of a scum play (but maybe...a cop claim wouldn't have worked because of the amount on information roles already accounted for) makes me think my vote will end up in inHim.

I'm having a hard time deciding here...... I think inHim is in league with Pooky, but that's just a guess, mainly based on the fact that he's the only one alive who didn't vote for his lynch. What really bothers me right now is if there is a third scum out here somewhere, this complicates mattters...

If this is the case and I'm right about inHim we should definately lynch him, as the remaining scum and the SK would have to try to target each other tonight, that's the only way they will be able to win..... This is a good thing for the town.

If this is not the case, and there is one scum and one SK remaining it won't matter much who we kill first.

In both cases inHim is the right person to lynch, but this is all based on assumptions, and if these assumptions are incorrect we're dead...... For now

Sorry, guys. Didn't know I wasn't going to be able to log on for so long.

Anyway, I was going to point out that inHimshallibe seemed like he was trying to stay out of the discussion yesterday. He straddled the fence entirely too much.

Also, I wanted to mention yesterday that mathcam could still be a serial killer, even if the note turned out true. Not that I am ready to vote him, just that I don't want us to put all of our trust in him just yet.

Now...

I am inclined to jump on inHimshallibe, especially after my suspicions from yesterday. So, unless someone has something else to say, I think it is the right thing to do.

Okay, looking through previous posts makes me think inHim is most suspicious, inHim's defense to silgado's accusation is pretty weak, and it seems like everyone (possibly/probably including one of his co-scum) is agreed that this is the way to go.

Vote: inHimshallibe
