Mud: you are mud, less than dirt with twice the dirtiness. you win when the stormy day role (mod note: there is no "stormy day" role) is lynched. Until then, you are permanently scummy and will be considered scummy for quite some time. Oh, and you are a survivor too. You are also a night action magnet. Good luck!
Be sure to make all the town power roles doctors and vigs.

Rebel: someone who has no powers, can't vote, and cannot be lynched or nightkilled. They are told they are a voteless townie, and also told they are not allowed to claim voteless townie. They win when they are modkilled (but they don't know that ).
. If a cop investigates you, then you will be seen a guilty. If a gunsmith checks you, he will think you have a gun. If a tracker targets you he will see you got to anyone that dies at night. You cannot claim miller or Absolute Miller during the game or you will be modkilled. You will be revieled as scum when you die. You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated. Good luck
When I joined this site, I was a software tester for mobile business applications and the song PokerFace was not yet written by Lady Gaga
Now I test lottery and gambling software as my job. It's funny how my life has turned out. Somewhere a Time Traveler is laughing madly
I once saw a role in a 24 game which was essentially a bingo board. As people died you got to fill in their spaces and got abilities every time you got a 5-liner. Which means you started off as a vanilla, eventually got boring abilities 1 and 2, and then died before you could reach interesting ability 3. 4 and 5 were never heard from. =P

Other than the part about not being able to claim or you get mod killed (always a bad strategy), I don't see why this role is so bad.
(4:20:07 AM) glmole: you are the Sore Loser
(4:20:14 AM) glmole: if you are lynched you will delete the game

Triple-jester. Gets rezzed after a lynch, and must be lynched three times in order to win. Also known as the Black Knight.

Absent-minded player: A randomly chosen player in another game. That players' votes, if cast against a player who is also playing in the game currently modded, count in the current game. Also gets a kill every night if that player as an action role in the other game. Wins with the town.
My posts are best read in the calm, reassuring voice of Morgan Freeman. I don't sound anything like him, but they sound best that way.
Temporarily retiring following the end of my current obligations.
Subconscious SK: Thinks he is town. Every night, he will kill the person whose name he has said more times during the day (the subbconscious thinks he is a thret or something). Would be nice if the people he kept calling scum would die before him, leading to some WIFOM MWAHAHA
. You ran out of bullets the LAST time a mafia group infiltrated your town, but you've noticed that a tooth is about the same size as a bullet and does the job as well...the only problem is that you only have so many teeth, and it gets pretty hard to talk without them. Each night, you may choose to pull out one of your teeth, load it into your gun, and shoot it at someone, killing them. However, doing this will make it more difficult to speak with every tooth you lose. You win with the town.
Mod note: Each time the Resourceful Vigilante chooses to shoot, they lose the ability to say five randomly chosen consonants (vowels are aeiouy). When they have no consonants left (i.e. they have shot four times), they lose all of their vowels. Once they can no longer post letters, they lose the ability to shoot.
You win with whoever wins. You know who the mafia are, and you are so resourceful with your information gathering abilities you also know who the town power roles are.
They tell you never hit a man with a closed fist, but it is on occasion hilarious. - Malcolm Reynolds
Wolf, I fucking hate your face, but still <3 you as a whole. - Starbuck
That's a bad idea (appropriate for the topic, of course). It's an auto-win and an invitation to screw the game for everyone to satisfy his own amusement after that fact.
Weird-in-the-head Mafia Godfather.
Can only be played in games with a jester and day-vig. If the jester gets day-vigged, the godfather has to soft-claim the following day.
