I will admit, never a big marvel movie fan.....but I need to be more open minded since the ones I have watched I enjoyed.

I watch most movies that come out.

Across The Spider-verse was very good. It’s separate from the MCU (Disney’s) so it’s really it’s own thing. Probably gets Best Animated for Oscar’s next year, unless Disney’s Wish blows up later this year.

The new Ninja Turtles was super fun. It runs a little younger, and they aren’t my Turts, but I enjoyed Seth Rogen’s new interpretation.

Blue Beetle is another superhero, it’s being considered the first film of the new era of DC, and I have decently high hopes with James Gunn spearheading, and DC normally was like meh for me, at least with this current iteration. Like Christopher Nolan’s Batman’s are GOATED for me, and I liked the new Batman with Robert Pattinson a lot. But yeah, Blue Beetle felt like Iron Man/SpiderMan/Ant Man with a Hispanic background, and i thought it came together really well. Nothing ground breaking or new, but super solid.

Barbie is an amazing movie. Super great blockbuster, deeper than most blockbusters disguised as a typical Summer blockbuster. Can’t say enough about it, but super fun, I was laughing through the whole time, and it brought an amazing sense of joy.

Oppenheimer is absolutely amazing, an absolute spectacle. It’s mostly all dialogue, but I really do think it’s probably the best movie of the year on a cinematic level. I enjoyed a lot of the performances in it, and frankly, RDJ killed it. Christopher Nolan’s one of my favorite directors, imo his best movie is The Prestige, which is one of my favorite movies of all time.

If we go back further in the year, John Wick Chapter 4 was insanely good if you like fight choreography. One of my favorites this year.

mm yeah into the spiderverse is one of my favorite movies ever tbh, really recommend it if you like creative animation styles

flavor one thing that's holding me back is idk why sk!python went after you so hard d3. like getting you limmed there doesn't benefit scum that much and it puts them in a bad spot if you get cleared.

@python loyal checker/combined detective psychologist seem reasonable to me? it's strange play tbf

i do kinda buy that they didn't check the role list when they originally softed, which is ++town. cause originally they said "correct play is probably to lim me"

piecing this all together is kinda difficult, i don't play heavy mech games much to begin with, and i certainly haven't played one in a long time, i really don't know how an sk would play this

i really hated the flavor push at the time, it felt like trying to keep std alive. just cause std flipped green doesn't mean he wasn't the correct lim, i think town!python is likely to recognize that

I think Python made sense to be the correct lim on that day and yesterday, but i had checked out with mech a while ago.

I’m not confident either, and it’s a WIFOM circle, imo.

Idk. I just don’t see this as some wildly strong SK game Drew’s played if they’re SK. I just feel like they’re town in the background, and their even night gunsmith just feels weak as scum.

Like if they are SK, i don’t necessarily feel it was a good game, even if they won, but end of the day, they would win.

I just felt Drew did more when I saw them as scum.

Also, Python was originally on board with Snivy wagon, but then when I tunneled harder, they switched over to Drew.

Assuming FL is Mafia and the Snivy kill goes through that brings the game to 4/1 with just SK left

If FL is town and Snivy dies we lose on the spot

We're confident enough to go for it

To be fair, that wasn't what I expected Scum!Python to say. I expected them to reason that a Python execution would always lead to a loosing endgame.

The night we roleblocked Python and Bianco, the only kill was Dragon’s kill on Bianco.

Python said Drew just tried to kill Snivy.

Python always has some mech reason that finds the loophole, and that’s why i think going against mech is okay here.

Python also was free to kill Yimmy last night

The truth is much simpler as I already discussed in regards to mech talk.

And like Flavor hinted at, python is built to be scum/SK this game. They know how to use mech to their advantage.

If you feel mech makes them town, then so be it I won't hold it against you.

But my vibe has always been pure, like dove soap.....or ivory, always forget which one lol.

And maybe python is correct and gunsmith is a good fake claim for SK to make, again mech talk, but I 100% would have tried to find a more fun role to fake as SK..... I definitely am much more of a YOLO player when I fake claim, yes i will make it make sense, but will definitely have fun with it.
