I want to see what happens with the drew slot but that might be our best elim today actually. Drew is more likely to be flagbearer than demon, and more likely to be scum than bug/JV.

@Infinity - at this point you seemed to be leaning more towards Demon being scum (even if not the flagbearer) than Bugspray. What made you change your mind and lean more towards bugspray?

Ircher's bugspray case actually read town to me, and I said so in 87. SRing bugspray for not really cooperating with the RQS seems towny to me--though it's not great logic, it makes sense for town!ircher to be biased towards people trying to cooperate, since he posted the RQS for a reason.

So I've been mulling over the associations in this game and its a tough one to get my head around

If Bugspray is scum then it's somewhat hard to see a logical partner. As discussed, bug/demon feels unlikely as a scumteam due to the stretching Demon went to in order to push bugspray. That leaves us with infinity and JV, both of whom have favoured a bug elim when things were looking even between bug and demon, which just seems like an unnecessary bus. TL;DR if bug is scum then it is hard to see who would logically be their partner.

Demon as scum has more logical explanations in terms of associations:
-They tried to get JV established as TRed eg 100
-JV and Infinity both favoured Demon earlier and then moving towards bugspray as their eventual elim choice for D1, which would make sense if one of them was Demon's buddy.

What are your reads on the rest of the playerbase? If demon is scum (as you assert) then who do you see as being likely to be their partner?

I mean basically what I've said above. At face value you area scummier than Demon, mainly due to lack of scumhunting and your massively specific pg3 push on my slot (although neither of you looks great rn, esp given their lack of interaction during the closing hours of D1 and the point I have already raised ref how they've treated you and JV differently)

BUT

I just don't see how a scumteam with you in it makes sense.

Bug/Demon just feels off after demon has stretched to make a push on your answers to the RQS (esp the one ref D1 length) despite JV writing the same thing. Would be weird to stretch that far just to distance
Bug/Inf only works if inf is flagbearer (as he hammered you) and even then IDK why he would bus you when an elim on either you or demon looked equally feasible
Bug/JV is possible but he switched fire from pushing demon earlier to start the wagon on you so would have to be a pretty hard bus

these all feel like distinctly less feasible associations than:
Demon/JV - Demon's 100 seemed to be trying to establish the consensus of JV being TRed. JV early push on Demon and then unvote and switching to start a Bugspray wagon at deadline also makes sense in terms of distancing early then angling for a miselim
Demon/Inf - Inf was leaning towards demon earlier but then moved towards bugspray at close of D1. 178 would make sense as a WK to ensure Demon did not get too much heat
