could
have been a protector. That was before you told us about his background.

Armlx, where do you see that everyone else sees mathcam and I as scummy? He and I have had a kind of adversarial relationship in this game but that's because I don't like blindly believing claims and he thinks I was anxious to make a claim. As far as I could tell I was the only one questioning his claim and even I unvoted when he gave his avatar.
I don't mind people voting for me when they have valid reasons to do so. But so far the last two posts that have me as "scummy" just say
"I'm getting suspicious of Maximumum" and "I'm leaning toward maximum". Why?

We have a few quiet players in this game. I would like to hear what Leonidas and JereIC have to say about all this. Maybe getting a fresh take from some observers would help us out.

I don't see the case against Max. The only really convincing reason, cited by cam, is that she wanted to claim quickly, but that's true of other people too. I don't feel a gut sense against Max, so I don't have any good reason to vote for her unless somebody constructs a full argument.

I voted because we have a 6 1/2 page Day Two, and I think you are more suspicous than anyone else.

Right now our choices are really

1. Lynch Mathcam due to his contradictions and getting an unber fast D1

2. Pressure and/or lynch a lurker.

JereIC, Leo, and Inhim (yes, he has posted, but nothing relevant IMO) are my 3 lurker targets if I were to chose one. Any other ideas to who has been lurking, and of those who have who is the most suspicious so we can decide between them or math?

I agree with Max's bewilderment at:
armlx wrote: The only people I see as scummy are those that everyone does, Maximum and Mathcam. I'm leaning towards Maximum, but only because Mathcam has a solid claim.
What contradictions are you talking about? And blaming me for day 1 is just ridiculous.

If I may post so myself, mathcam simply gave information to us on Day 1. We as a town decided what to do with this information. I'm not sure what this implicates toward armlx if anything at all, except maybe that he has a limited thought pattern.

Armlx, as much as I appreciate your naming me in your lurker list, I have stated my reasons for voting you. If there is an SK in this game (and I would assume there is), whose avatar would he be? Errr...?

I will unvote if no one takes my lead, but to me you're just an evil thingy in middle of the town. Green. Dark. Evil. With a 'Best SK' sign just below it. (Shivers).

Leonidas makes good points about armlx's avatar.

When today started I was all ready to lynch armlx because of his claim yesterday he was a cop with a guilty investigation and THAT's what the last voters based their votes for massive on.
Now he says that it was mathcam's doing that the lynch went so fast? mathcam even came back yesterday before the lynch and FOS'ed everyone who put on quick votes! There are things that mathcam has done that has made me suspicious of him but that certainly wasn't one of them.

Armlx's claim of MeMe's avatar was the thing that changed my mind but the way Leonidas describes it it has me rethinking that. His investigation of himself last night is looking even more scummy.

The SK thing is rediculous. Unless the doc guessed right 2 nights in a row and there is another RB other then mathcam who guessed right night 1, there is not SK. Even if I wasn't the one suspected of being an SK, I would point this out.

The self-investigation was a stupid thing to do. I was thinking I could check if I was insane or paranoid, but after I got the results I realized either way it would come back with a anti-town result. But I got roleblocked or I couldn't self investigate, so I had no result anyways.

I also agree that my avatar is sorta evil looking. Had I been scum with Meme's avatar, I would have claimed something else just to get out of the evil catergory. But good townies don't lie, so I claimed my avy.

Yes, so as I said before, armlx, you seem to try very hard to convince us there is no SK.

Hmm. So let's see. If given an SK role with MeMe's avatar, a very good play would be to refrain from killing and play the paranoid cop.
Until it's too late for the town, and it is possible to start stabbing at will.

Now the SUPERIOR play is to do the same, but not mention the word SK at all.

So is there going to be a mass avatar claim or not? I'm really curious which avatars made it and I don't have the patients to wait until some side won.

FOS: Armlx
I think the cop thing is rediculous ;)

I'd vote for you. But here's the problem.

AFAIK we have 1 doc and 1 RB. Since the RB didn't block a baddie, the lack of kills night 1 had to have come from elsewhere. Needless to say, whoever C_D protected is probably innocent, unless of course, there really are 2 kills. If there's an SK, and mathcam blocked armlx tonight, preventing a kill, where'd the phantom kill night 1 go? The doc protect stopped one, what stopped the other?

K. I'm going to try to make sense of this.

Armlx looked at mathcam's posts, and assumed mathcam was roleblocking him.
Armlx is accused of being the SK.
Due to mathcam's recent claim, there's only one killing group.
Whoever Che protected is probably innocent, and I question Che's longevity.
Armlx is a liar.
Mathcam sets off my spidey sense.

I'm nervous about following cam's lead again blindly, but armlx's statements really sort of fall apart now we know he wasn't blocked. If he really is the SK, what he's doing is holding his night-kills and establishing a "useless" claim early on, so the mafia won't target him. Basically you survive until the mafia is eliminated, and then pick up where they leave off to win. STD, that's where the phantom night 1 kill went: armlx chose to kill no one, so there'd be no reason to ever suspect there was an SK. There are still two killing groups under this theory.

Vote: armlx
and the next vote
will lynch him
.

Why is everyone so determined I'm up to no good??? N one is "following my lead blindly" for this bandwagon! Several points were made by Max in 182 and Leo in 184 that made it clear that armlx should be number one on the suspicious list, and my role only came in to play to explain away the problem that StD had in post 186. Trying to pin another possibly-faulty bandwagon on me before it happens is
extremely
scummy:
FOS: JereIC.

I'll

now, and the above is somewhat noted. A good combination of the last few posts have me convinced, especially Leonidas' arguments.

6 - armlx [Leonidas, Maximumum, mathcam, Save The Dragons, JereIC, inHimshallibe]
1 - Maximumum [PBuG]

With that, you decide to lynch armlx! You know armboy's an evil scumbag. Well, you thought wrong...

...until the mod decided to make the town feel better. Here is who you lynched:

Image

With her evil and snotty eyes, she prowls around the evil list of people and tries to find out who they are. She's a double whammy. An
EVIL AVATAR
and
MAFIA SPY.

It is now Night 3! Choices please!

Wake up, you dolts!

All of you meet in the hallway.

Oh wait. Not everyone.

A little piece of paper is found with a big red X through it. Meaning it's dead and no longer capable of living. You see that person is:

Image

That's
Maximum
who was
Dourgrim, a puny little drawf with no other ability except to be a townie.

With 8 alive, it is 5 to lynch! Go!

Okay, I think I was blocked today. I tried to investigate myself to see if I was naive or insane.

I have no clue what to do... The most suspicious person right now is me, but I know I'm innocent.

OH! Quagmire forgot to send me my results PM. I couldn't investigate myself, but I listed STD as a back up, and my result is determining my vote. I will not unvote no matter what happens to convince me.

VOTE: mathcam

I'm either insane or random, but I think I'm insane. I got STD as guilty. Earlier, I got mathcam and armlx as innocent. That means if I'm insane, mathcam is guilty. If we lynch him and he isn't, I'm as useful as a townie.

Ohoooo...

Fully support a
vote: mathcam
, based on his attitude yesterday, and 'revealing' only when it had become clear that armlx was getting it.

My bet? He got a cop lynched day 1, and then went on posing as a role-blocker.
