I second that.. (not the bit about the Myst reference though) There's going to be complaints again about the spouse thing.

1st off, the mod requirements:

/confirm.. yes i'll play better than Xeno :)

2ndly, No it has nothing to do with Myst whatsoever, infact i hate Myst, as after it came out, every Tom, Dick and Harry used my name. I used to be the only Riven on the internet damnit.

3rdly, I'm at work now, and in another time zone to most of you.. i'll try to get through the thread tomorrow morning and post something insightful with perhaps a dash of meaningfulness.

So I guess now we are just waiting for a deadline to have a reason to hurry up and randomly vote for someone?

Or maybe, because in a few recent games this techinique has been revealed, I'd second guess you and kill off a more experienced player. See how circular this logic is?

As for not posting, I haven't done that because it's Day One, and I see no reason to be suspicious of anybody. Frankly, I don't start getting into a game until Day Two or Three, when logic comes into play. I'm a "Shameless Bandwagoner" (see title) because that's basically all I do day one. In my opinion, unless a cop stupidly comes out, all day one lynches are essentially random.

I like quick Day One's. The fact that you guys have tried to apply logic to a largely illogical situation (and my stupid power outage) has kept me away from this game. I apologize for that.

Isn't it just a little late for random votes?

Vote: Jinx

(or vote r0ver... both seem suspicious to me anyways)

If you think about it, it makes more sense to lynch a lurking new person then to lynch a lurking experienced person. So
Vote, Jinx

Yup, I've pretty much given up on this line of reasoning.

I actually agree with you somewhat, and I've said the same kind of thing in a couple of other games, even though all I seem to get for it is suspicious fingers pointed in my direction.
However we've filled up 7 pages of posts now, there's got to be something in there worth commenting on? A purely random lynch would be a shame after all this time. With so many newbs in the game, we do kinda need the more experienced players to help out or we'll probably just keep going around in circles.

Just in case that our mod will not accept that voting syntax
Vote: Jinx

Anyways, I agree with Talithia, however, I think that a lynch of Jinx is a step above random.

R0ver: Genku
Jinx: Wacky, Someone
Wacky: Rite, r0ver
Genku: Gc
Someone: Talitha
Xeno: Macros

Um... Fos: Rite if this count is actually accurate. That's all. My ideas are pretty much spent by now.

Well i've read the thread so far, none of it has sunk in either.. will prolly have to re-read it a few times.. Havent seen anything overtly suspicious at all so far. I'm hoping (and i guess you all are to) that after re-reading the thread i'll have some new insight into the game. But alas nothing so far.

hmm Jinx is on 4/6 votes, could it be that we get a role-claim today? Or to make it easier on us, if you scum out there could please put on the last 2 votes (sorry Jinx), then we'd not have to work out who to lynch for the next 2 days at least

Genku: is that JTHM I see in your avatar?

If you mean game day, I think Jinx will probably respond sooner or late because he has posted before.

And you can't really exclude the possibility that scum have already jumped on the bandwagon.

Talitha: Quite frankly I unvoted you becouse noone joined the bandwagon. It just made me realize that what you weren't so obviously scummy as I thought. Probably a good thing too becouse I was close to the point where I can't be convinced with logic or indeed anything else. ;)

Ok now back to voting. I still feel good about my vote for Wacky. Read some of his previous posts and I actually feel that he sometimes posts becouse he feels he is supposed to. I don't know if it makes any sense. It's almost like a gut feeling, only I know the cause.

I could see nothing like this in Talitha's posts which means that either she is not scum or is much more comfortable with the role than I would be.

genku doesn't look suspicious either though I only reread his posts on the first few pages.

I'm really puzzled about Macros. I mean I can believe that someone is busy and doesn't have the time to play but to actually forget? And for the third time? I prefer not to make a judgement just yet but I really would not mind if he was replaced.

Wouldn't it be better if we asked mikehart to kill Jinx and then lynched someone else? He offered to kill Xeno I'm sure he would consider killing Jinx. Macros? What do you think?

I only make it 5/6 votes right now.... Wacky, Someone, Talitha, rite, Macros.... unless there's a historical vote that I missed.

Wow, the end of the day is actually in sight.

I don't think there is.. I made my unofficial vote count and went back until mikehart's last vote count.

And yes, I have tried to post every day in my games, unless there's really, really been zilch going on (e.g. the wait for somebody to log on and respond to a bandwagon on lurker). That way people know that I'm still in the game (*at macros, rite*) and won't waste time trying to have me prodded.
