The innocent villagers thought they had found each other; reaching out with open arms they hugged...

... and Venrob was not amongst this tender circle of love.

Cornered... no place to hide... no place to run. It was all over for Venrob. His criminal machinations, as with the rest of his trio, had definitively come to an end. He admitted his crimes and would pay his dues.

The villagers in a moment of clemency offered to let him go, as long as they would never see him again.

But... Venrob was a fair man. He accepted his death as the only way to forget this whole sordid affair. He could never forget seeing the frozen bodies of YKV and YES YES YES.

The deed was done. Peace reigned at last.

After reflection, the surviving villagers realised how much control the mayor had, and how little he really gave back. He was always on holiday whilst they toiled and laboured. No more! They decided to leave their humble village behind and forge together a new life full to the brim of excitement and fun funded by the thrifty mayor's coffers. The city is where their new lives would begin...

When Antihero joined the game and suspected me I knew I was dead. Anti, you are such a good player. I really wanted to ride ns's town read on me to victory.

I enjoyed playing with everyone.

Ask me if you want my opinion on anything particular, but a few points:

Antihero's drive upon entry swung the BC lynch quickly. He was right that BC's actions didn't match his words. This is one reason I don't love having to replace people (even though Anti was a good replacement!) as I think it can change the ballpark you're playing in quite a lot. It's a necessary evil, I suppose.

Venrob doing the self-ISO thing when flipped scum Hermy did so made me . I think it's a bad idea to make it look like you're trying really hard to defend yourself, as it looks overly self-interested. Town is self-interested, but not so much, since they need to find scum too. Venrob, I'd also cut back on the 'I hate Day 1' schtick and the RL excuses.

I think the scum had a slightly bad synergy as all three were UTR types in this game. I'm not sure that works so well when you have a few talkative people working together; you didn't really get to spread much of a scum agenda to obfuscate the Town's reads. All the lynches were Town driven at the end of the day/Day.

I also think that I would probably copy BK201's role choices (Tracker, 2-Shot Vig, IC). Nic's inno was underestimated; YKV was no longer going to be a mislynch after that and he could have been without the solid inno. The Tracker has to survive several nights to reach parity with the 1-Shot Cop. The presence of a Jailkeeper can make it hard to know whether to kill someone because it can be used protectively or aggressively. It's also quite dangerous the longer into the game it survives. The Vig can also waste or throw up false positives on the Tracker reports too, if it shoots, and if it doesn't shoot (and is shot before it can kill) it's just equal to a VT. However, Vig in the right hands can be extremely dangerous to Mafia, so be prepared for some swing on this one. Oh, and since the PRs are reasonably likely to be confirmed anyway, IC is just fairly weak all round since it doesn't do anything extra, but you all knew that.

My town MVPs would be something like: Antihero for directing a scum lynch without too much fuss and for having another good vote on scum the next day. Egg for generally playing his role fairly well (not scummy but not too threatening to be killed) and having generally good pro-town play. And, I think if BK201 had stuck around I would have put him here too - he was acting as a Voice of Reason and also had some good reads.
