I'm back, later than I expected. I meant to get on-site right when I got back, but RL caught up with me before I could. At any rate, I'm back now.

I still honestly don't understand why there is such a big push for my lynch. I did one thing, "rolefishing", which I have explained multiple times as not actual rolefishing, and yet I am still the top lynch for the day. I'm not sure how I can better defend myself against allegations that I have already defended myself against. I understand that the deadline is approaching, but it is apparent that my 'scumminess' is being blown completely out of proportion.

At any rate, you asked for a claim, armlx, and at this point I may as well give you one. I am William Shakespeare, a Townie. No powers, just a Vanilla Townie.

Yeah the claim doesn't make sense to me. I mean, my reasoning is based on nothing more than what i would hope Shakespeare would be in a game like this (at least PRed). I'm not gonna vote for Rigel just yet as i'd rather we not lynch til we make sure everyone is still in the game but

It sounds legit, but mafia have safeclaims ya' know? Shakespeare wouldn't have a role imo... unless he gets to be some morphing role or a mystery writer which convinces us to not lynch someone. Other than that his writing ability is posh and won't help catch scum.

After reviewing the thread, I'm not really understanding the whole rigel case is being blown up a bit. I would much rather see a skitzer lynch. His inactivity has been a pain.

WEll that was fast. When I read his firsts posts, it seemed like he was going to contradict himself, because he noted someone for trying to find the cop. And he did, so that is even more scummy. He did make a good point on armlx though...he noted that armlx may know some other mechanics, and then he said it wasn't so possible. But I think it is. Therefore:

And remember that Lawrencelot is Dutch, so I doubt he'll be all "America, Fuck Yeah!", if that's what you're expecting.

And Armlx, I don't think proxying my vote to you means that Lawrencelot will actually allow you to vote

me. I just mean that I'm going to (probably) follow your lead in lynching, because there are several people I'd be happy to lynch.

In any case, I don't see what's so suspicious about Rigel's claim. Shakespeare seems like a very obvious choice for one of the greatest twelve people of the last millenium. I believe Rigel's claim; don't ask me why.

So anyway, on to a new bandwagon, I think.

Rigel's vote on me was his vote from the RVS (because I was voting for Clinton). But right now, he's voting for Dean, so the mod probably made a mistake.

I also think Rigel's claim is believable, even though it does surprise me that Shakespeare wouldn't have a post restriction. I really don't think that he is super scummy because he already explained his "rolefishing" and I agree with it, and it doesn't really seem a lot like rolefishing when I read it again.
