OK, TvK, take a look at ABR's actions in posts #623-703 in his ISO in Mini 1505, in which he was a VT:

This was when Albert was at L-2 and he had been pushing Thor all day. Suddenly he asks Elyse to unvote him without giving a reason and when she doesn't he moves his vote to her. Five posts later, he unvotes because "meh." When he's town, he's erratic. Just like in this game when he was switching back and forth. The fact remains that Lupo was basically lynched on D1 by a bunch of townies who didn't feel that strongly that he was scum. I can't see scum being on that wagon, and then down one partner and facing a player who has a night kill opposed to their faction I can't see them bussing their buddy.

If you think ABR is scum then you need to address that as well as the night action arguments I made.

And then you should hamma penguin. If she's not scum then it's Kid A, and town can lynch him tomorrow.

Yes, I assumed Albert was town because you linked this game before. But in the meantime, I finished a game with Albert where he was scum and his play looked a lot like what he was doing here. Quickhammering, switching around, trying to end days as early as possible... I don't have the skills to do an excessive meta check and 'm not able to apply it properly.

As for the night actions, I think Albert single-handedly made sure that Smargaret would be vigged today. I think he is capable of doing this to get himself out of picture of the last scum. Ofcourse, I realise that this is unlikely, so I will end up voting Penguin today, but I'm not interested in ending the day early because I'd like to talk a little more. Do you have other reasons for Kid Ascum other than because of the night actions?

@TvK: Kid A's lurking could be scummy. I'm fairly confident in penguin being the final scum though.

@Penguin: I put together a spreadsheet before this game analyzing numerical data from D1s in completed games of everybody on the player list who I could find three scum games and three town games for. One of the metrics was "percentage of posts per day 1" (PPPD1), the formula for which is (# of posts player made on D1)/(# of posts all players made on D1).

Here were the percentages for the three town games I analyzed for ABR:

Mini 1505: 17.67%
Mini 1357: 13.57% (no joke, this was the actual percentage)
Mini 1499: 9.34%
Average: 13.53%

Here were the percentages for the three scum games I analyzed for ABR:

Mini 1493: 9.1%
Newbie 1133: 14.18%
Open 276: 8.93%
Average: 10.74%

His PPPD1 for this game is 12%.

So that's one piece of evidence for ABR being town. Another thing is I don't think ABR gambits when he's scum, I don't think he's quite as insulting when he's scum and while he does vote for his partners, I'm pretty sure he switches off of them before they get lynched. Much less hammering them himself or bussing both of his partners. Especially when it's not even necessary for him to do so.

@ABR: Voting for TvK won't make him vote for penguin.
