Andrius looks at AlmasterGM and smiles. "I accept your invitation," he announces.

"Booyeah!" AlmasterGM hoots. Then together the two of them look at Super Smash Bros. Fan, who has quickly realized how doomed he is.

"Curse, you, Andrius!" he growls. "Curse you for betraying the town! Even after I saved you from death--"

"Ah, so we have a winner?" Charles inquires. "Very good, then. AlmasterGM, Andrius, come with me. As for you, Super Smash Bros. Fan, you get to spend the rest of your eternal life in Hell, along with the others. They'll be joining you shortly. Farewell!"

And with that, Charles, Marley, AlmasterGM, and Andrius vanish in a white flash of light. Suddenly, Super Smash Bros. Fan begins to experience the most agonizing and arduous pain he's felt in his entire life. No amount of screaming, contorting, or crying to God would alleviate the torture...

The two winners and the two gamemasters abruptly appear in a cluttered, messy bedroom. In front of them, I am typing away furiously on a laptop keyboard.

"What's going on?" Andrius asks.

"Where are we?" AlmasterGM chimes in.

I stop typing. "What, Charles, didn't you explain to them what exactly you and Marley were planning to do?"

"You seem awful calm, Josh," Charles noted. "I'd think you'd be more distressed at the fact that your true identity has finally been revealed."

"Not at all," I reply calmly. "In fact, I've been expecting you."

"Bullshit," Charles snaps icily. "Your only shield against us was hiding your origin, and now we've managed to discover that."

"And so we've come here to do what we've only dreamed about doing for so many eons," Marley adds.

I smirk. "I don't suppose you're here to kill me."

"Death would be too merciful for such a villain as you," Charles replied. "No, we're here to do to you what you've done to us, and countless trillions of other innocent souls. We're here to force you into

our

story."

"And that's where you come in," Marley explains to AlmasterGM and Andrius. "Your strong will and determination has allowed you to survive Josh's diabolical games. It will allow the four of us to conquer this foul creature, and put in a place where he can never control anyone again!"

Slowly I begin to chuckle. "You poor, pathetic fools. Have you forgotten who I am? You're following my script, even now."

"Liar!" Charles shouts. "

"Oh, really? Think about it: how did it come to pass that you and Marley suddenly decided to rebel against the man who created you, in a world that is entirely under my control? Did you really think you'd have a chance against a god that can write history--past, present, and future--as he sees fit?"

"N-no!" Charles insists. "You're bluffing! Come, fellows, let's take this man down!"

There is no response.

"Wh-what is this deviltry?" Marley gasps.

"I can't move at all!" AlmasterGM shrieks.

"Gaah!" Andrius cries.

I grin and look into Charles' eyes. "As you can see, Charles, I am in complete command of this situation."

Suddenly, Charles begins to rise above the ground and twirl. "Damn you, Joshua!" he shouts. "Damn you to hell! You may have us stopped, now, but one day we'll--"

"Please. You're being involuntarily spun around in the air, and you still dream you can resist me. I guess the both of you should spend some time in the White Room to get your mentalities straightened out. Oh wait--I control your thoughts!" I cackle heartily. "On a more serious note, the two of you are going to spend time in the White Room, where I'll have a little more...gruesome fun."

Marley's eyes widen. "You- you wouldn't--"

"Why not? I'm the Narrator, after all. I can do as I damn well please. I'll see you two later." With that, Charles and Marley inexplicably disappear from the bedroom.

I turn to face AlmasterGM and Andrius. "And now, to deal with you two."

"P-please! Have mercy!" AlmasterGM begs.

"It was all their doing!" Andrius insists. "We had no part in what--"

"Oh, hush," I said, waving my hand dismissively. "You two are the winners of my little game. Now you're free to go." At the same time I gave their bodies permission to move again. The two of them shuffle their muscles accordingly. "You'll return to the room where you first met Charles and Marley. From there, you'll continue your own lives. Every other participant in this game will go back as well."

"So, what exactly do we get for winning this game?" AlmasterGM inquires.

"Nothing, except bragging rights. The whole point of this game was to entertain me, and I must say, you fellows were quite successful at that."

"One thing," Andrius said. "Who

A smile traces my lips. "God. The controller of fate, time, and space. There is nothing that is beyond my control. I am the most powerful being in the entire multiverse. You may refer to me as the Narrator.

"And now, farewell, Andrius and AlmasterGM. Thanks for the entertainment." With a wave of my hand, I make the two of them disappear.

I turn my attention back to my computer. Time to write the final scene...
