End of Game!

The lynch has been decided. Nobody Special is dragged off by the mafia group and shot in a dark alley.

Nobody Special was a
Town 1-Shot Paranoid Gun Owner
.

With the town at the mercy of the trio, the game ends. Scum victory!

I have to say that the end of this kept me on the edge of my seat as well. Will they succeed? Will someone read through their plot? Was exciting. :)

So. How did I do? This was my first game modding. Gimme feedback.

You all were good in my opinion. But I usually sucked, so that doesn't count for much. :P

I do have to say i'm surprised that only Dessew and Maxous used their ability. And on night 1 both.

Modding was fine, i think the only issue was lack of day counter in the middle of the game and that got fixed pretty fast. maybe prodding sooner? we did have something like 6 replacements though. But yeah, good job and thanks for modding!

Also man, the entire last day of this game was awesome.

I've seen at least one game where the whole town doesn't try to defend against the night kill. That's kinda weird to me at least.

This game was very exciting and tons of fun.

I was so paranoid about the night kills. I was sure that one scumflip would let town connect the dots and get us all. Contrary to my push on Dessew, we were definitely trying to drive all the wagons. I felt like we had to be really active. It was hard to let town just go after each other. So many players were so on the ball.

Dr Pants would have been a hard lynch even if they lived to 3p cause you can spin a PGO wifom argument against the "why are you still alive?" stuff
Also, what is NM doing? Worst play I’ve ever seen.
I can't remember the last N_M post that wasn't bland, unimaginative and lame. Some shitposters are at least somewhat funny. You are the epitomy of the type of poster that nobody would miss if you were to suddenly disappear. You never add anything of value.
I'm guessing you haven't read the game and probably never will? Why even sign up to play?

Thanks to TCold for hosting, forgot to say that. I don't really have feedback as you were a decently consistent mod and that's all you can really ask for. I remember some early game stuff being delayed a little but I also remember you mentioning RL issues and you were responsive when we needed you. So I have complaints at all.

Oh, congrats, guys.

@Pants: I would have never ever ever suspected you...

@reinoe: I didn't want to derail the game, so I didn't ask then, but what deck have you plyed Bang! with?

@TCold: Well the Dritan-Freak matter was kinda erm, you know, especially Freak (it was my own stupidity thag I thought it was alignment indicative, though.) An other thing: I think you should use PMs more excessively, I WAS actually reading D3 without knowing that it was over.

Jeez, I forgot to say the positive things. There were sufficiently enough votecounts and the overall modding was good (except for those two incidents.) The many replacements must have made it much harder for you, it was good for an acid test.

I've played all expansions of bang up to Wild West Show but none after that. Your gambit would have worked too but I wasn't scummy enough on Day 4.

also i think a cool twist might be switching one PGO to serial killer. that way town has more killing power, but the serial killer runs the risk of killing themselves if their read is bad

I called the Pants/Pasch scumteam, I knew if one was scum the other must be for how they always had the exact same opinion and never once doubted one another. Unfortunately it was a horrible game from town with no clear townreads whatsoever.

We always play Bang! with my group with home-made cards, home-made expansions and rules (choosing three characters from seven then taking the averages of their lives, lots of new cards, grey cards (they were off after the player's next turn's end), you have the actual possibility to live multiple turns with negative life points AND holding a lot of cards in your hand.) They dislike the those "global for one entire turn" cards, though, they are obsessed with complex mechanics and rationality (that's why they prefer role madness with multiple factions (town's got a relative majority) when playing mafia /sigh)

About the gambit: I felt that you were running for it, so I thought I should, too. If I had guessed the scumteam correctly, I think it could have been done. I wasn't even paying attention to N_M's vote, I was around 70% sure he was scum, and for the remaining 30%, it was NS. But it's the handle of a lost hatchet, as they say.

No, sadly there is none. I didn't think of making one. I'll make sure to make one for my next game.

Well-played, scum.

I apologize to everyone for replacing out. This was my only replace-out ever. I signup up before I knew kush was in the game and did not want to withdraw immediately, but he honestly makes me so miserable that I could not bear to stay in the game. It was not alignment-indicative or any attempt at foul play, but I apologize nonetheless.
