his opening posts felt aimless/uncomfortable to me - posts like #65 felt like jake was more concerned w/positioning himself as someone who fit in with the thread than he was with approaching the game from a solving mindset. i was mostly interested in seeing if i could concentrate a bunch of momentum around him

i'll let you ride that read out, but ftr, self-voting in games is not alignment indicative for me. i like doing it to open up games because it provokes more interesting reactions and conversation than if i was to aimlessly vote someone

Hmm it seemed like all of his early posts followed the same style of general filler comments. I guess without previous experience it can look awkward, but if you scroll through some past games, he tends to do this at least early on. I feel like pressure at this point may be helpful(and it appears to have done something), but I wouldn't want to go much further than that yet.

An award granted to players who have moderated at least one game I feel like fits the soul of Basterd Modding! What that means is fair yet fun game design that messes with players' heads.
Our recipients are:

1. Gypyx: His normal moderation practices exhibit strong adherence to the idea of Basterd Modding (games awarded for: Mini 2180, Mini 2169)

Being a vote magnet, I can say that every vote is opportunistic for both sides. Town gets rid of a potential LHF earlier rather than later, and scum gets a free town kill.
