I've decided to approve OnceAndForEver. quietCricket, you can still pm me your main name if you ever want to replace in.

After some thought, I've decided that

Regfan

will be one of the innocent children. There will now be elections for the other IC. Any player with [IC] after their name in the first post is a valid option (except for Regfan, you munchkins!) Remember that hydras are invalid targets. Players who no longer wish to be ICs can either state it publicly or privately to me. If the later occurs, I will not announce it - I'll simply not count votes cast for them. Also, if you've suddenly changed your mind about playing the game, now's the time to bring it up! :p

Also, how does the IC role affect win conditions? If one IC dies, does the other have full control of the vote, or does he commit suicide? If there are two Mafia, one townie, and two ICs alive, does the Mafia endgame the town?

no but for real: choose whoever you would most want to have as confirmed town. that's about all there is to it. reg will have a choice of the top two and he'll probably choose whoever he thinks he'd work best with so voting for

To be honest, mina's plan is flawed due to the assumption that you'll roll town.

That's the reason CES doesn't like it, either. <_< But from my PoV, it's a move with a 75% chance of advancing my win con and 25% chance of harming it (unless there's another layer to the IC role that hasn't been revealed).

the thread will go up tomorrow, maybe in the AM (i.e, in a few hours), maybe in the PM. First post flavor and the ruleset and all that cool stuff. However, the game is more likely to begin sunday than tomorrow. I want to have a continuous block of at least six hours to get every PM in it's own tab, double-check everything, send them all at once, and answer questions and such, and I'm not sure I'm getting that tomorrow. So, expect everything except role PMs in fewer than 24 hours, and role PMs probably somewhere between 24 and 48 hours.
