Russian Roulette Mafia

Russian Roulette Mafia is an open setup in which there is no voting/lynching, and no nights. All players may attempt to shoot another player by posting

Shoot: Xdaamno

etc during the day.

The first daykill attempt has a

chance of success, the second a

, the third a

and so on. Additionally, players may not make another kill attempt until everyone else that day has also made a kill attempt. I'll conduct kill attempts with the dice feature. When a player has been killed, the game will progress to the next day. The chance of killing is reset (to

), along with the 'turn order' (so every player is able to shoot again. If there's any questions, feel free to ask. Standard rules apply, such as no editing of posts. Each day will last a maximum of 45 minutes (Subject to change, post your views). After 45 minutes has elapsed, one random player who has not made a kill attempt that day will be modkilled.

The setup will hopefully be 10 players; 2

. If we don't get enough people, I might modify the setup, possibly reducing the number of townies but giving the town a power role. Thanks to Yos for helping with the balance etc.

And that's game over. Simenon was scum. Very unlucky, I think he played well.

The setup wasn't as good as it was on scumchat, IMO. A bit more like bad idea, but with a random element. It was interesting how the town made a lynch mechanic by everyone piling onto one person at the start.

Comments on balance, setup, etc?

I enjoyed it, not sure the one shot immune townie was needed but I felt it was a good game and in the end just came down to luck...

I agree. The setup was probably best without the role. I do feel a smaller power role would have been good, though; probably a non-confirmable one.
