How interesting logisticus. You come with a suggestion and want everyone else to start. I see the benefit in your suggestion, but there is a benefit for town and scum both.

@ Lloyd: Your reasoning makes no sense, first you say that you rather lynch than not and then aim for Monkey. Right after that you follow Ooba's reasoning that day vigs are mainly townies (at least that is how I read your opinion).

i've been a daykill SK twice. In a hurry now, but links will follow if you want them.

Hmm, perhaps Monkey is the lynch of the day then, I saw daykilling as something more pro-town than not. The reason I'm not sure yet is that a vigilante might come in handy for the town later on (if that's what he is). On the other hand, he seems to be a bit of a loose cannon. I need to think a bit on this. Adele, I'd appreciate the links.

I really don't like this Adele situation either. If she is Phoenix now I see it as very likely that her alignment has shifted.

I was hoping to get discussion started in this lazy town, but nope, that hasn't happened. I've got a list of five items that lead up to my vote for lovo:

1. He early on promised to fix an avatar (post 27) but it was last to actually do that (post 97). Might be a way to see who would respond to decide how to act himself.
2. He hasn't adressed my questions post 62) at all.
3. Comments on the slowness (post 81) but does nothing else to push action in any direction.
4. Avoids voting day 1, but says Monkey is a good lynch (post 114 and (126). It also appears that he would vote closer to the deadline but wanted to avoid someone sneaking in and hammer Monkey (post 161) and then tries to move on to the "safe" topic of the day talking about Jean Grey turning Phoenix.
5. Finally he bumps the thread and once again fails to add any relevant content (post 162)

In my opinion these things sum up to suspicions and a vote to get reactions/answers.

actually i was around. im pretty sure i said...dont want to vote/hammer. cause monkey could possibly be one shot vig. pro town etc. we had no idea. i said at the time that i thought monkey was the best lynch for the day.

The first quote gives the impression that you'll vote closer to the deadline, but you're holding off your vote only to avoid quick hammering (something I've never seen in a day 1, but that's not really the thing in question here)

The second one says you didn’t vote because you were absent close to the deadline (in that post you also seem to want to move over to “the topic of the day”, a.k.a. Adele’s state of alignment.

The third quote is quite interesting. All of a sudden you say you were present closer to the deadline, but didn’t want to vote.

Hmm, yes the fog. Let's leave that alone and move back to suspicions. I for one need to reread, especially to get a new take on lovo14 (not sure if I trust his claim or not, although I like him a bit better now than in my last post).

Also I'm not familiar with "gambit" but found this on the Net. Seems to be a potential link between him and Rogue and/or Storm. I don't want any one to claim, I just want you to be aware of the possibility.

@ Adele: What is your take on lovo14's claim and the situation at hand?

@ lovo: You haven't stated anywhere who you find scummy in this game (except that you day 1 would support a Monkey lynch, even though you didn't put in a vote for it). Any comments?

I think that too much time is wasted on nothing (we can't afford another no-lynch), so I'll support a claim too (though I'm uncertain if logicticus is looking for the role or the name, I would prefer a name claim to begin with, keeping the roles to ourselves for now). However we must do this in an orderly fashion, the ones most probable to be scum (in the general consensus) goes first (If I remember it correctly, someone else mentioned that strategy Day one).

I've had som hellish days with tons to do and take care of, but now I'm back. This game however is progressing in its usual slow pace. Though I like WeyounsLastClone's appearance, even though I don't agree straight off.

While I go back and check everyone in general and logisticus and lovo14 in particular I'm still waiting for a few answers.

This game is really hard to read, since so little content is available even in day 3.

I'm unsure of WeyounsLastClone. In post 157 Adele claimed that she didn't know Monkey was Cyclops, even though speculations on that had appeared earlier in the thread (post 133 as one example), and still she put her vote on Monkey and didn't unvote. I also read post 157 as she knew she had some kind of connection to Cyclops (what did the rest of you get out of that post?). She also seemed to be unsure of what was happening with her alignment (post 166). I'd actually like to get WeyounsLastCLone's comment on these things).

I am still in favour of a name claim under organized forms. I still like a scum list from everyone - preferably from the one the town finds scummiest first (to make a claim list out of the combined scum lists). I dislike Lloyds attitude to put the lid on any new information getting in to the game (especially since he doesn't draw anything out himself).

I'm not ready to vote anyone yet.

I agree with WeyounsLastClone that logicticus is somewhat scummy in his manipulations. However, I've reread the thread and don't feel that I have enough to vote logicticus (and it doesn't matter much either since there is only one vote on him now).

I also find lovo's claim partly believable (plus nobody has counter claimed AND his role is really useful for the town now).

I find WeyounsLastClone's last post really off in the answer to my quoted post. We know he is/was Jean Grey (since Sir Tornado said that in one post), but I think Adele was really avoiding answering and giving answers in the end of her participation and that together with WLC's odd answer I'll actually

Seems as someone might have asked for the one-shot time extension that Sir Tornado agreed upon in the rules? (or he might just be late checking in due to RL).

If someone asked for the extension, this might be a good oportunity to actually avoid a no-lynch for once. I am not in favour of lynching lovo14, as I've said before (however I'd really like him to participate more with content and votes both).

I could perhaps agree to a logicticus vote if more people could weigh in on my opinion of WeyounsLastClone (and Adele) and there make me sway.

Remember people, we don't know how many scum there are, I've never played a 11 player game. I guess we're looking for two or three scums (since that is the normal ratio for a 12 player game?), and that could actually put us in a lynch or loose situation.

I must have missed the Ooba comment Lloyd posted above, but I do find it valid (however I am not sure of WeyounsLastClone being pro-town, I think he might a third faction. But we can deal with that when we've found the scums - since it is in his interest too to find them, no matter if he is pro town or not).

Welcome DarlaBlueEyes (now I finally understand what lovo meant by his role being "unnoticed"). And yes, this thread has been moving slow since the beginning.

I am still in favor of a role NAME claim. But it should be done in an orderly fashion (as I proposed here) I get the feeling that a majority of the players agree on a claim (I've only found posts by Lloyd and Darla to oppose a claim, or have I missed someone?)

If I were to decide I would like the name claim to be made in this order (first on list = first to claim):

(WeyounsLastClone and DarlaBlueEyes is left out of the list due to them already out there with their names)

My suggestion (in the linked post above) was that everyone present a suggestion of a claim list and then we try to combine all those list into a consensus list (as was done in this game).

Okay, so logicticus needs two additional votes, and lovo14/Darla needs one additional vote for a lynch, is that right?

As much as I think another no lynch is bad, lynching a tracker/watcher is also not really a great move. When exactly is the deadline?

According to post 282 by Sir Tornado I expect deadline be midnight between the 15th and the 16th (counted by the forum clock, which I am seven hours ahead of).

I don't like a no lynch today either (and we seem to be getting nowhere with the claims), and am not a fan of voting of lovo/Darla just yet (as stated before). I do see logicticus as somewhat scummy and could vote for him, the problem is that I'm not sure I'll be in here again before the estimated deadline.

@ WeyounsLastClone: Yeah, that might have come out a bit opportunistic, however, I wanted to keep Darla alive since I thought she to be an easier nightkill, suspecting logicticus to be wolverine and having immunity made me wantg him lynched instead.
