honestly gin's play isn't really looking like strong scum play. It looks towny but he doesn't seem to have a plan or anything. He votes people and pisses before off for no apparent benefit

I don't like lynching claimed info roles day 1 - ever
but he's only 1-shot anyway
but i'd like to get the info from that shot
and he's in a 2p neighborhood with N_M who is arguably unreadable/unhelpful
lynching him could help remove a lot of the neighborhood WIFOM
if he flips town I could blast N_M tonight to completely remove the WIFOM
but then both the investigatives are dead before d2 which really sucks
if he flips scum then i could blast RC to remove that WIFOM of bussing or not
plus their anonymous message role is pretty much useless

theres really a lot to consider but i was pinged hard by the doctor comment and the reactions afterward... he knew that this is role madness and that roles != alignment but seemingly didn't really consider that at all. it looked very much "oh my god, you suck" and opportunist

I think gin tends to vote people who piss him off, and you pissed him off by threatening to vig him. This is true regardless of gin's alignment, but I think he's more likely to go off the handle and do rash things (like voting the vig) as town. I don't think role necessarily isn't correlated with alignment, and gin could've believe that role does = alignment.

Massive's vote...was pretty bad, I admit. He still looks like he's gamesolving to me though in general

Not replaced yet and didn't plan on making comments but I didn't know this game was a role madness, MoI told me but I didnt know the extent to what that meant. Only saw Spryo theme and TTH hosting as to why I joined, my mistake for not looking deeply when I signed up.

I'm still replacing out because there is a toxicity level I just can't take. If I sign on and play an constantly get angry, there is no point in playing a match. There is no point in discussing anything like this till post game so talk to y'all then.

I think I'm all for Leonshade too.

My current plan for figuring out the difference is being extra-critical and paranoid of him, to really test whether his reads are genuine.

Reading this and then reading his interaction with Magna does NOT feel like he is treating him with any sort of paranoia at all.

44 doesn't read like whiteknighting, it reads like THE FEAR. I don't know necessarily what Gin wanted from them in the back-and-forth but 110 feels like just a little bit of condescending Jedi hand-waving "you want to stop having this conversation" out-of-game reference to appeal to some shared experience in the hopes that Gin would ease up.

And right now I feel you're kinda towny so I could go along with this.
