For what purpose would he make up a neighborhood in order to claim nacho was holding two orbs which have now been transferred to RC.

You realize, if he's lying, that RC is going to just come out with "I do not have two orb pieces. Desperado is lying." Which puts Des in a counterclaim scenario he has no need to be in.
