He's already said that the item is unlikely to benefit him. Doesn't make much sense considering his claim, but that's what he said. So, no, scum won't be forced to target him, even if he is town. The item would sit unused by either side, which might not bother scum at all.
Town still won't be sure about the abilitys of the item.
So you think he's town but lying to us? :?
-I'm not sure if he is town or not but more importantly as long as he isn't confirmed I will have my doubts.

If Pine is town and we do lynch him, then we know the item ability is confirmed
How so? I don't recall that mod flips the item on death of the owner.
-If he flips town I would be inclined to believe he had no reason to lie about the item ability or other particular descriptions.
but the new recipient of the item is an unknown alignment because Pine wouldn't know if the person he choose to give the item is town or scum.
Item owners will always be of unknown alignment to townies.
That's why it bothers me that the item starts rolling from player to player. By tomorrow with some luck we will have 2 items and I think it is hard for scum to get their hands on both but if it starts moving from player to player it would be easier for scum to hold on them, that's what I think.
My thoughts/clarification on red. I know it is a bit complicated to follow as I'm still not sure what to believe about Pine situation but I know up to this point his lynch doesn't look like the most pro town thing to do considering the whole situation imo.

If he's the scummiest player, than his lynch is pro-town. Way too much emphasis is being put on the item. It's still a game of mafia in the end.

That said, I need to mull over his most recent post.

In , Pine outright says he's either a cleric or a paladin, then makes a deal out of "not claiming" in . I'm not sure if fakeclaims are given or not, but if so this could easily be a way to rolefish for the other role. He also makes a point of saying how the item is useful for his class, and once he has it that it's (practically) useless to him, effectively removing the item from town, and almost from the game until he's killed one way or the other. If he's scum, there's little chance of that happening unless he's lynched or there's a vig. If he's not lying about his ability, there's a chance that neither of these would matter anyway.

is terrible, as it's saying "I'm going to call you scum, but not strong enough scum to want to lynch you, I'd rather waste a vig shot on you". If there's a scum BP or scum doctor, and they're scum together, that's an easy out also.

, , and all throw shade at Dunn, yet he still never votes for him.

I'm still down for a Dunn vote, but I think I want to see this hang first.

He's voting Persivul in for being a "shady character". It's not that he's not voting, it's that he's not voting what seems to be his stronger scum read.

He's a Miller claim. Proper protocol is a vig shot. If he's still alive tomorrow, I'm down to lynch him.

No, that he specifically said he looked up the Amulet of St. Markovia, but now claims he couldn't remember the name.

I looked up the Amulet of St. Markovia.
It can only be attuned by clerics and paladins.

In post 247, Shaziro wrote:Wrong name, right result. He got the name from my early post pointing out that the amulet of st markovia could be a in a graveyard. The actual item of St. Markovia is a thigh bone, I was confused with a different holy symbol, as in my Curse of Strahd game we got both. Basically, Pine is on the right track.

Kinda surprised you don't remember that considering the above.

They're not in conflict. I looked it up on impulse, found it immediately, then back-tracked to Shaziro to get the name of it. This isn't complicated. Your allegation was that you couldn't find it on Google. I did. End of story. You're quibbling over awkward phrasing, not cogdis or whatever.

The reddit article I linked to simply calls it "the amulet." I started to post, wanted to be specific, so I checked Shaziro's ISO to find the spelling of Markovia.

Feel like kuroi's reaction to getting policy voted was kinda flaccid? Like does he scumread me for it or is he just pissed?
Kinda feel like he's pushing creature for nai/surfacey things while there's already a smidgen of hype there? Scummy.

Pine/Dunn might be a bus after thinking over stuff and persivul + others have brought up some very good points down to apply my pressures after a VC.

drealmerz is an iso I wanna look at as well.
