It's better to have this info claimed now than have people die when bullets start flying around without getting a chance to claim. I'm guessing a lot of town went for more offensive style cards whereas scum went more for nerfing/blocking and Investigatives. So we need what little info we can get to put two and two together too

My guess would be its scum that went for the vig and fruit vendor roles, maaaybe combined with docs to save their limited numbers......while its a lot more beneficial and logical from town to get investigative roles to find the few scum members in the large pile.

Scum have quite a lot of townies they need to kill, I doubt theyre going to be relying solely on town doing the job for them and just their factional kill.

I dont know Titus, but from what Ive read she's a decent player.....decent enough to realize having the information is more beneficial for scum. So my point is that I think she's scum for digging up the information. In other words, im disagreeing with your assesment that its NAI and I think it IS most likely scum allignment indicative.

The game also has deck altering mechanics, so a card can be manipulated to never become active.
