Mcmenno is for the initial push on itlepip. I scumread reso for the same thing, but changed that when heartache showed some better reasoning(not saying she directly did, just saying it doesn't feel like as bad of a push). He has also felt a bit strange overall, a bit more opportunistic than the last time I played him is what I'm getting.
Tere is a scumlean because I acknowledge that while Light's replace out is scummy, it's not much of a case.

OK, so itlepip is posting elsewhere, so clearly the replace wasn't a site flake. Obviously can't comment on that one so thought I'd look through his previous games to see if there's a trolling pattern. I'm ignoring hydras because fuck figuring out hydras (ditto crazy larges) and just doing the last few months. You guys can go back further if you want.

What I am taking from this:

1. itlepip clearly enjoys town, there's very little evidence of trolling in his town games, although he's replaced out a couple of times. From skimming his posting looks pro town when he is town, he is low on the bullshit.
2. itlepip hasn't played scum much. He seems to enjoy it when it's a fun role / team (Godfather, Midsummer Night's Mafia) but is also less engaged in other games.
3. itlepip has form at lolhammering as scum (the second multiball).

In all honesty this doesn't look that great for BYF. If he flips scum I think there are definitely associatives to go into with the Heartache slot. Still happy with my vote there. I'm not really interested in hammering and want to hear from Lyonshade when he gets back on the 16th.

I don't understand this part? I think I am the strongest pushing of his lynch. If you scumread me, alright, but don't try to chain me with the person I'm trying to lynch.
This is a little fishy as it comes after you have a read change on him, and he is likely the lynch, so I want you to explain this.
But waiting for leonshade I can agree with. With his experience, maybe allowing him a free pass today is a bad idea.
But I am out on the weekend and so will not be here either.

I have misphrased my question though. What I meant to ask is, where would you look for scum if I was not in the game. I.e. not based on associations or like that either.

I will write more on BYF when I have time, but the short form is that the slot's initial play was total apathy towards the game, and the hammer without claim was just horrendous.
Worse is that upon next day there was no remorse or comment on it, no acknowledgement he even did anything wrong, and then on top of that he just replaced out. This could not get more obvious.
BYF is harder to read, but he slipped up in the response to my pressure (the situation had not actually changed), and especially the claim contradiction is bad for him.

Sgz is easy, he has felt very transparent, and though I don't agree with him I feel like I understand his comments without thinking too hard. What I really liked was when I was in the process of my catchup, his growing paranoia on leonshade mirrored my own feelings on the slot, which is hard to explain as a tell.
It's weird, but I notice doublechecking the context of the thread and timing of his posts seems to make a big difference in understanding, as in isolation you miss these things.

My read on Heartache is null.

I appreciate Heartache's effort in getting reads and I feel that whoever Gamma's partner is would have either taken this opportunity to lurk or hop onto my wagon, the latter of which Heartache did but justified with itlepip's play. I don't like her read on 263, because I was feeling genuine frustration because I was getting backed into a corner and no one else was posting. I can see a Gamma/Heartache team, but I still think Gamma/Leon is the way to go.

A way I have for scumhunting is focusing on why people accuse others for being scum, and in essence, how shallow the reasons are. Heartache has scumread me for these reasons:
227 - Claiming PR
234 - itlepip's hammer
237 - itlepip in general
263 - "panic" and role contradiction

Overall, pretty shallow, and if you disagree please tell me. 263 could be an exception but I just don't agree with anything said there. In a setup like this, is there really any reason to lie about whether your role is 1-shot or 2-shot? So, actually, now that I went through this process, I've got a scumlean read on Heartache. Maybe on a scumlean, rather a FoS.

Now I do have an issue. I said so much to respond to, but instead of analysing it, you've nitpicked these 2 things.
