Yeah I totally agree. Ryzes place in teams seems to be magic damage, point click snare, and inherent tankiness. Ryze builds tanky as a dps mage which is super nice. But yeah his tp doesn't fit anywhere.

Laughable but not negligible. I never build Zyra as a mostly damage AP carry. I build her as a tanky zone control initiator or peeler. The closest I get to damage is maybe Liandry's and sometime zhonyas. Often though it's GP5, Sightstone, Boots, Locket, Rylais, GA (I swapped that out for a zz'rot one game where we just couldn't break towers and it was a good plan).

It fills a niche. For my money I don't think it will appeal to anyone who doesn't like League, and there is no crossover between my league friends and my board game friends. I will not be spending $US75 on the board game. Though, the minis look like they're worth $75. That said though, Pandemic is $50 or whatever, and the actual "minis" are worth fuck all, you're paying for the quality of the game, not the quality of the cubes in that particular game.

Eh I find daisy pretty useless. The CC is nice if it sticks but requiring three hits from a monster that is incredibly easy to kite makes it too easy to play around for the pay-off. His other abilities are okay.
Tried him as a support and he has damn near no impact.
