This title was suggested earlier I believe, but it came about from the game Mass Effect, where I believe it was Suzune accidentally called beeboy "BeefboY" due to phonecorrect, it soon caught on and everyone started calling him that in that game, and in even other games.

I experienced this during my tenure and I would've thought you did too.

I think it totally is a few vocal shitters, every time I felt like people wanted stuff to be worthless I'd ask in thread or make a new thread to discuss the community approach to titles and the response was almost all that they liked the stricture. I think the dissatisfied and liberal-titling (and often newer) members are the louder and more demanding members.
