Hi! None of my beeswax, but I'm curious: How can they be three finished games if only one has been completed?
For the purposes of the newbie queue, if you die in an ongoing game, it counts as finished for experience points (for whether you are considered a newbie or SE). But it is still not a completed game and thus can't be discussed.
For some other queues with limits on how many games you can play at once (3 micros, 4 minis), dying in an ongoing game frees you up to sign up for another game even though the game you were playing isn't over, because your part in the game is done.

However, since Ranger has already been approved and I still need to review tojam before I can assign him to a game, I'll make beeboy happy so people don't have to wait any longer.

Oh, I was under the impression there were more newbies than SEs and therefore I would be pushed back in the queue, not him. I'll stay in as an SE, though.
