So, I saw something interesting on reddit. Your pitting a rainbow team (bronze -> diamond) against a team of all gold players. Who do you put where?
Spoiler: My Choices!
Top - Bronze
Your bronze toplaner would ideally play maokai or malphite or something that has an impact regardless of how much gold they have, and can farm relatively safely. They can also receive the occasional jungle gank if things go poorly.
Jungler - Platinum
The platinum tier jungler should know how to exploit gold players and be able to be where they need the jungler to be. As a bonus, the plat jungler may be able to play nidalee or kindred effectively and shut the game out before it begins.
Mid - Diamond
This is to have a lane that wins almost every time (or at least goes even) and knows how to roam, so you effectively have 2 junglers when you need it.You can put the midlaner on TF for global pressure!
ADC - Silver
an ADC is nothing if they don't get proper peel, so having a lower tier player on ADC seems ;like a good strat so they can receive proper peel. Additionally, a silver player is less likely to go 1v5'ing on ADC then a bronze may if they get ahead.
Support - Gold
Gold support should be able to go even in lane vs. other gold players and keep the ADC relatively safe.

My main problem with your thought process is you think you can decide what the bronzie plays, if they are bronze, they will likely play a damage heavy champion top (think fiora/riven) and not go anywhere near even, and probably have ass farm.
Returning win rate: 4/1, 80%

I feel like I'd put adc and support at diamond support and plat adc just because if that lane gets ahead (which it will) a diamond support will make all the plays and the adc will have good enough mechanics to outplay the entire enemy team.

it's an organized team situation, not a solo queue situation.
One game off of entering my promos. I'm in a good mood. I decide to play adc. The enemy then pick Vi and kata and get incredibly fed and decide to hard focus me and we lose the game. I do not know why I never learn.

Honestly if you have a good ADC you can probably cope with a half decent support and are better off putting someone better into the jungle.
2 ways i would consider setting it up.
Top - Bronze
Jungle - Diamond
Mid - Platinum
ADC - Gold
Support - Silver
OR
Top - Bronze
Jungle - Platinum
Mid - Gold
ADC - Diamond
Support - Silver
I'd argue that number 1 is better for the current patches, 2 is probably more viable in a few patches when the ADC isn't gonna get instant 1-shot extremely often (cause even diamond players would have that problem).

Unless the other jungler is higher gold or plat, the junglers are never gonna see each other, and as long as the bronze guy does what the mid laner tells him for objectives, it should be fine. The lanes should have the advantage. The adc can drive his support, the Gold top laner is on an island, plat mid laner drives the jungler. everyone is accounted for. And the lanes should have the advantage all the way through.
You don't want the bronze guy on an island and you don't want your jungler having to camp top because your bronze top laner is catapaulting someone better than him.
