Well, basically.

I submitted as my first pick a scummer.

I got that scummer.

Basically, I'm too good to get a role, and I love being town, but my connection to scum as a competent scum player means that I show up as one. So I don't get to deceive everyone into thinking I'm a Free Will player when I'm not (this is the part that makes me think there's a godfather); instead, I get to be a Free Will player who others will think is a willbreaker.

It isn't a strong townread. I liked your Ircher-vote for the RVS, and your limited posting since then has maintained it: I had no issue with 49, the vague townread resumes in 149 in your response to UT, you chose at least half-correctly (fully correctly if White Light is scum) in 151, and it continued into today in 261 and even with your 267 which I'm quoting, where you do follow-through.

Well for a start...this is more in line with beeboy's scumplay. It's a little bit of a small sample size thanks to the quicklynch, but the content matches more with scum than town.

Suzune also isn't putting that much in.

Plus, White Light had five votes at the peak of their wagon, three which're conftown (Anti, UT, Postie), one who is my townread (Gammagooey), and a fifth in The Limit Does Not Exist.

Then, Titus drives the Postie lynch through. Demonic Angel, Yume, you, Titus, then The Limit Does Not Exist (with a UT hammer).

Seems pretty likely White Light's scum after that.

Ranger I am down to lynch Ircher if you want but if you put any effort into following pokemon mafia after you died or remember SS' scum play from Fire and Ice mafia you would see how off this slot is this game.

Quite aware. I think lynching within the neighborhood is better.

I also like the idea of lynching outside the neighborhood since it forces the scum to kill outside of it to give them more mislynch options.

Keep in mind we have a cop.
Potentially even a cop within the neighborhood, I wouldn't know.
Between a single lynch, scum maybe needing to kill within the neighborhood to hit the cop, and a cop investigation which has a chance of already having been in the neighborhood, and we've got a guaranteed scum by tomorrow.

We know that there's a scum in the neighborhood. Ergo, we should lynch Ircher. If he is scum, we now know both Arabella and Yume are town. If he flips town, we now know that Arabella is likely scum. (Like I said, I buy the protective role claim from Yume.) Ergo, Ircher should be lynched today.

We can deal with White Light tomorrow. I agree they're probably scum. But keep in mind we have a cop, somewhere in the players unclaimed. So unless Ircher claims cop, we can wait to lynch WhiteLight until tomorrow.

We know there's a scum in the neighborhood. We know Antihero was killed, probably in part for his reads. I buy his townread on Arabella being accurate.

True, but it's a choice between one player who looks super obvscum and a 50/50 shot of hitting scum between two players. And I think the chances of WhiteLight flipping scum are a lot higher than 50/50.

I agree White Light is scum, but I also think Ircher is obvscum and their interactions are painfully obviously scum-scum. Given this, I think lynching Ircher first is ideal.

Definitely not scum with White Light (who I am heavily scumreading). I'd like more from the lilith half, and Something_Smart's posts aren't remarkable, but they're not someone to lynch any time soon.

What are the chances of Demonic Angel having lied about there being confirmed scum in the neighbourhood?

How would he know about the neighborhood as scum unless there was scum inside?

I was actually terrified people were gonna figure out there was no room for a cop claim given how many claims we had, which was one of the motivating factors behind deciding I could claim post-hammer.

Also glad I decided not to claim the macho aspect of my role, since it got the scum to waste their strongman on me. (Being macho was

motivating factor in the claim. I figured that claiming would decrease my chances of being the nightkill since scum would figure there was a protective PR they'd need to off first. Oh, well.)

I almost copped Gamma N2 (well, N3), off of paranoia he was a serial killer. Wouldn't have made much of a difference, woulda been kind-of cool though.

Well, Demonic Angel's role also would not have protected me. It'd block me, but not protect me, so it didn't strictly speaking confirm Yume as town. I just thought it did because I didn't know about Demonic Angel. It did confirm at least one of {Yume, Demonic Angel} had to be telling the truth though.

Overall, I tend to agree this was town playing well, not really a town-sided game. It was still a very, very good game and I'll also be putting in some nominations for it tomorrow.
