That's cool. I was really interested in joining this game when it was in signups, but was too slow. I have replaced in, yay, but with a 50% chance of being kicked out. If I get voted out, I'll just try to replace back in, again.

If it helps, I am a twin outside of the game, too. So I have a lot of experience with stupid siblings.

Yeah, Skruffs. Unfortunately, we're both as stupid as they come. Only fools would both jump into a situation where one of the two are guaranteed to leave the house.

Sooo... I have not yet created a LoS, but it would be a very preliminary list anyway. I think we're at an impasse anyway: Skruffs is in here because his predecessor wouldn't defend himself; I'm here because mine was a lurker. It looks like both are changing.

well, one of us doesn't necessarily have to leave - there could be one of those special powers in play. But I wouldn't want it used on me, anyways: if I leave, I get to nominate two people for the next eviction, right? So in a way, it's almost good to be lynched, if you know who you want to put up.

That is how it works, right?
That's why scum can't massclaim right now, even thought together they make 50% of the game: everyone that they'd powerlynch out by teaming up against would then eliminate one of the scum automatically, unless they were dumb.

It's a tough call, Ryan. I think the 'town' is going to take it on the chin either way. I don't get any scum-vibe from Skruffs.

Really what it gets down to is that I'm a "floater" and therefore Skruffs should be voted out.

Much like Skruffs, I anticipate replacing back into a more gregarious situation if I'm knocked out "tonight", as well. This game set-up looks fun.

I was confused by the title, also. I wasn't sure if it meant something cultish, but I was advised to check out the description of Page 1. Apparently, it's the "game show's" version of a townie.

And, I certainly do not know if the mod would allow us to rejoin, already having had a chance. But, if not a member of either mafia, there's at least a possibility.

Shame on DOS for choosing the two least liked players as his nomination. We already know that they are unliked - how is nomming them going to generate discussion? This is the equivalent of a bandwagon vote.

Scruffs, can you present anything aside from WIFOM "I am scummy, therefore I am town" reasoning? Because this one post is scummier than all of Trabony's combined.

Now, regarding your claim about DOS's choices, of -course- he should nom the two least-liked players. You don't generate useful discussion by nomming people against the town wishes; you generate useful discussion by making the town wishes/bandwagons have an effect on who gets lynched, which in turn makes the "free play" nominating period meaningful. See Ultimatum Mafia (where this strategy was used to successfully eliminate one of the two mafia, but the game was then lost by a combination of cowboy play and the mafia turning the town away from this tactic).
