Welcome back viewers, it is time for the first Head of Household (HoH) competition of this season. Let's watch the competition unfold. But first, the stipulations of the honor. The winner of the Head of Household competition will be granted the highest weekly honor in Big Brother (US). S/he will be adored by all subjects and slaves in the house, but will also be given comfort food and luxury items from home that week. However, this individual is responsible for nominating two houseguests (players) for eviction (lynch) that week. Then all other players will vote to evict one of the nominees that week Since everyone has their ulterior motive in the game, it is advantageous to eliminate all of your evil enemies. If there is a tie vote after everyone has voted, the HoH will cast the tiebreaking vote. Further rules are also in the first few posts, and further guidance may be given through PMs by the mod.

And now the competition will begin. This week's HoH competition is entitled "Stable ground". Players will stand on platforms over the outdoor pool. Those competitors who have stable relationships with others and have the best basis in the house will last longer than others. In fact, the player who has the best average trustworthiness score will win this HoH competition.

After fifteen hours, it was down to two players. But one stumbled while the other stayed up. It was a close battle, but our

DragonsofSummer must nominate two players for eviction before the 7 day deadline. This deadline is Tuesday 9th of October 16:00 EDT. All votes must be publicly cast and HoH choices submitted by Tuesday 16th of October 16:00 EDT. However, if everything is submitted early, and then the day ends at that point.

I will send DragonsofSummer a PM regarding the official format for submitting his nominations.

Otherwise, Day one has begun! Please begin discussion, as I'm sure you will want to influence how DragonsofSummer will make his nominations.

I guess what I figured is we'd play the game like normal but this time the top two vote getters are the ones who are put up for eviction

I think that that is a good idea, but don't bold votes methinks? I'll keep track of the voting since I don't get a vote. I want to try to have my nominations before the deadline (like day 5 or 6) so I will probably take the vc on one of those days and make my nominations if everyone is ok with that?

I have to go with the suggestion that we play as normal. DoS keeping the "vote count" sounds like a great idea, and I'll go one step further and suggest that all future HoHs keep the "vote count" as well.

If we use Vote: so and so bolded, then we're stuck with that vote. But I don't want anyone missing a "vote" so I think we should use something other than the word vote. Is everyone ok with:

After all, what we're doing is placing two people up for nominations. And this way the HoH can find the "vote" easier and we can still stick to the format we're familiar with. Then after we get the nominations done we can switch to the word vote.

I'm of the opinion that everyone needs to start participating, quickly, since we only have a few days to get anything done. I can see our first set of nominees becoming the two people who contributed the least this first round. I'm not saying that's the way we should do it, but I can see it happening.
