I actually want that position to confirm if its broken or not. The previous game didn't use all of the roles, but the player after the godfather controls the flow of the game. Adding the expansion roles might help but I haven't played with those.

consider if Carey and bell had said the following:
Carey: "There were 5 diamonds in the bag and I took the driver." or "There were 10 diamonds in the bag and I took a loyal henchman."
Bell: "There were 5 diamonds in the bag and I took the last henchman." Or "There were 3 diamonds in the bag and I took a henchman."
If either of those were stated, then the first scenario becomes either Ika vs. Carey or Carey vs Blackberry and the Godfather has a 50% chance of getting it wrong.
If either of the second two were stated, then it becomes Bell vs. Blackberry or Bell vs. JDGA, and the Godfather has a 50% chance of getting it wrong.
Since the Godfather has a Rum, the only way they lose is if they guessed wrong in both scenarios, which is still a small 25%. But when/where the Driver is does play an affect into the game. Also if multiple people took Diamonds (aka, say Stranger took 3 diamonds, he could have then claimed JDGA took all 3 of them and that he took a henchman, and possibly setting up Ika vs. Carey, Blackberry vs. Bell, JDGA vs. Stranger scenarios making it even harder for Godfather to win).
Doesn't driver get the win condition of the person before them in order?

Oh, and can we change the setup this time? Two agent tokens would be preferred, just so the role can't be removed entirely. Using the cleaner might counteract this a bit, and can replace a loyal henchman.

So, I want to ask what people think is optimum play as last player. You get the box, and there's nothing in it. What are realistic bluff options? Obviously you might need to wait a bit to get info, but it seems to me that if the person before you is anything other than a thief (or maybe agent), you're screwed.

See, what stranger coup says, and then we can get this moving. The refusal to say anything is fairly telling. I will say that there were 12 diamonds in the box when I got it.

So I believe that means that Lilith can verify if there was a thief before me. If there wasn't theres no need to pick strangercoup or ika. If there was we have to locate which was the agent. Lilith can also verify if blackberry is a street urchin or thief, but we will still have a 50/50 between gams and BNL. I'm leaning towards gams as the henchman though.

I think we should use the revolutionaries in place of the FBI and CIA agents. They're the same thing, but they win together instead of separately from my understanding. The green diamond might also be a good addition.

Why would the drivers claim? That would only be beneficial for the first player after the godfather if they are the driver. Any other player wants to know who they are trying to help before claiming.
